CVS, Miami FL

I was just asked to put a mask on in your store; kindly educate your staff to the new CVS policies.
This happened tonight May 24th.

I am writing this comment to let the whole world know about the bad service that there is in this store. I started working in this store as an operations manager and the store manager Zoila Ferrer has a very bad way with customers and with excited people I was treated badly by her He did not give me the correct training and I even asked him to go to the bathroom and I refused to open the door, he is an abusive and offending person

DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY FOR MEDICINE! WAY too slow. Came in to pick up a prescription at 8: 15 am it's about 8: 50 and I till haven't received the medication. My doctor put this prescription in yesterday. I have tongo to work and a line of people waiting is forming behind me. So after waiting almost an hour the guy comes and tells me it's not ready. I would give negative stars of possible. They couldn't have told me that at 8: 15?

Zoila is the WORST employee I’ve ever come across in my life. She would not help me at all, ignore me to help other customers while I was sitting and waiting for her to help me with my purchase at the register. She didn’t apologize or anything and said she couldn’t help me. Disgusting attitude, she should be fired for the way she treated me today. NEVER coming back to this CVS location!

I bought a mirror at the store #10132 in Brickell, Miami, the mirror broke in first time used, I have misplaced the receipt and went to the store to returned, explained what happened but Manager Amanda will refuse to accept the return of a defective item, this is very poor customer services policies, there is a Walgreens a few blocks with better treat to the customers. I hope CVS will review their return policies specially when items are defective.

Love that this place is super close to my job. Any emergency I have I come here or when I want a snack I rush to cvs.

Terrible customer service, worst ever! I called this CVS Pharmacy 4 times to order refill, and each time they put me on hold for 10-15 min and never pick up the phone. Never call them again.

Ice, nice selection of cold beers, iced coffees, fresh fruit, plus, even though there are stairs going to the entrance from the sidewalk, they put in a new aluminum wheelchair ramp on the side.

Best customer service for a CVS so far. They always welcome you and help you out in whatever you need. Great job!

I went to the store with coupons I printed from the CVS website and the manager told me I could not use them. This is ridiculous. I have used these coupons at other stores without any problems! Last time I purchase here!

Nice place to buy all the stuff you wanted service is good and staff are respectable towards customers.
