CVS, Miami FL

Drive Thru Pharmacy has usually both lanes for service. Sign for "out of service" is misplaced, it doesn't help customers to realize only one lane is available. Poor customer service.

I BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THE PHARMACY FOR MORE THAT 30 MINS WAITING FOR TO BE ANSWER AND I BEEN THERE TIMES TO GER ONE PRESCRIPTION. THE WORSE PHARMACY EVER.

Pharmacy employees are lazy, do not like to help patients, they solve everything with the phrase does not exist or does not exist, the patient is not valid for them.
And how can I see friends and family of employees if they are treated well.

PHARMACY STAFF IS HORRENDOUS ALMOST KILLED MY SON BY NOT MIXING THE PENICILLIN JUST GAVE ME STRAIGHT POWDER WITHOUT MIXING MY CHILD'S ANTIBIOTIC THAT COULD HAVE KILLED HIM. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT NEED TO FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT GOES FOR THE WHOLE STAFF!

Extremely rude and disorganized staff. In the 45 minutes I have been waiting for my medication, after giving them a three hour and a half window to prepare the medication there have been 3 complaints from customers towards them. Either they can’t locate the meds, the prescription or they simply haven’t even started filling their prescription. The Spanish speaking staff are soooooo rude.

If you are sick and need your medication right away dont even bother going to this pharmacy. The worst customer service and if you do not speak Spanish they treat like you have a disease. Very racist pharmacy. We are in America and they treat peolpe like we are in a third world country.

Manuel the pharmacy tech went out of his way to apply coupon to my medication that I have to fill regularly which discounted it by $30! First time anyone there has done that for me. Very nice of him. Going above and beyond just filling the medication.

I was totally disgusted by the cashier, Rosa. I was checking out at the register when she started coughing, didn't turn her head away, or cover her mouth. She then leaned over the trash can right next to her and hung a spit wad down into the trash can. She was very rude, no manners, and completely gross. Didn't even say thank you. I didn't even want to get get my change back from her after she touched it. CVS, please talk with your cashier.

This used to be my favorite CVS store. Once it turned into a CVS y Mas, quality, customer service, pharmacy, and EVERYTHING about this store went down the drain! Nothing but problems. As much as I dislike Walgreens, I would prefer them over THIS CVS.

Incompetence.
I refill my prescriptions online and when I get to the store with my confirmation email, they claim they don't have anything on file.
Either fix your system or don't provide bad service.
Not to mention the employees lack of respect.

Worst Pharmacy Ever! We were told to call by 5PM to check on the status of our medicine, called and was put on hold for 35 minutes, to then be told that they are closing in 5 minutes and we need to check back the following morning.

I am leaving this pharmacy after 24 years of being a loyal customer. The employees are extremely rude and completely incompetent. What happened CVS? The excellence I have come to expect from CVS is no longer here. Very sad.
