Unprofessional on the unloading side. I keep going in every 20mins to tell them to unload me. They say we’re gonna get somebody on it, we have to make space, etc etc.total bs. Don’t take loads here.

Only star is the security up front rest is unload quick.sort of and then after you pay wait 3+hrs for bills.waste of time for overpaid lumper fees but slow very slow.until trucking co start charging 300$an hr wait time they will take advantage! Rethink coming here, leave it to the locals because its not worth it.

Still sitting here. Got door at 0630 for 0800 appt. Empty by 9. Still waiting on capstone to bring bills after I went to pay $260 fee for 8 pallet breakdown, they were on break! It's now 1030, still fkng waiting! Also, they want trip# along with express code! WTH Did I mention, STILL WAITING!

Be aware of $ 437 lumper charges! This is the trap on most highest lumper fees! Drivers are not allowed to unload! Nor a third party loader can enter CVS. I had 26 perfect pallets and they "need" to restack each! Excuse me? Go peddle at the corner. I am not donating, nor should you. Avoid loads going here as will get less than you think.

They are Stupid specially that little skinny Spanish kid with a skinny ass mustache need a lot of attention they are sick pepole working thier also the fat women that works in the Office sit in on the right-hand side from the window also sick in the head in no respect to drivers bad Attitude unprofessional They have to go back to school to learn how to talk to drivers if you need more info please call me or contact me I hope some cars from the coparate office will end up calling me

Your costumer must have an appointment to deliver. Hre and they have private warehouses with lumoer fees for nload freights.

The TA truck stop is there & the outlets stores off the same exit sometimes slow sometimes quick it depends what you have.

Not a bad place, staff friendly enough, Very long wait times, Doesn't seem like the lumper staff knows what they're doing, no OT parking but pilot about 25 miles away. Big lot so no backing problems. Restrooms and vending machines available. Easy access from I95 right off 60.

If your load not on a pallets, be ready to stuck here for a good 4-7 hours, and some lumper fees

Paid $504.00 for unloading 60 small pallets with paper towels. Their weight was only 11450 lbs. Never again!
