Rudest staff and pharmacy ever. I sent my prescription here once for convenience and made payment through the CVS app. Got a text saying my prescription was ready. Waited about 30 minutes before going because I know sometimes the app is misleading. When I got there the pharmacy tech told me that they had no information about my prescription, I show them the order and confirmation number I got through the app and they still couldn't find it. Pharmacy tech told me to call my doctor again to resent the prescription and I did. I waited for confirmation that they received my prescription and the tech inform me that they did. After I left and got something to eat and came back about an hour later. When I returned they said I needed to make a payment for my prescription even though I already made a payment through the app and again I showed the pharmacist that I paid. The pharmacist refuse to give me my prescription and I had to complain to the store manager. After a huge ordeal I finally got my prescription. Basically wasted about 3 hours of my life just trying to get a simple medication.

Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone for questions. They just take it off hold after five or 10 minutes and hang up. Just happened to me three times. AVOID.

I am outraged that this pharmacy made my sick son wait 2 hours for an antibiotic! I tried calling to speak to the pharmacist to see if they could expedite it as it was 10pm at night And he was not feeling well. No one ever picked up the phone. I was on hold for 50minutes. I used my daughters phone to call the front of the store. They picked up and a “manager” or “pharmacy tech “ named Shondra went over to the pharmacy to see what was going on. She told me they were busy and that he had to wait like everyone else. My son said there was only 6 people in the store. I tried to tell Shondra that I am a pharmacist too and that the pharmacist on duty Josh is not properly prioritizing prescriptions. She didn’t care and tried to further argue with me that they were busy and there was nothing they could do. I told her this is not the way CVS promotes caring about the patient. I told her that I will call corporate to complain and her response was “It is not a problem “ and hung up on me. Shame on you CVS! 2 hours to fill 14 tablets is unacceptable!

The pharmacist, Amr, was rude, and extremely unprofessional. I had a few questions for the pharmacist, but Amr was too busy with taking out the trash, and other duties, but when I did get the opportunity to question him regarding the policy of the individual store, and CVS corporate policies, etc, Amr almost began crying when I caught him in a lie. There are HIPAA laws to protect the privacy of all pharmacy patrons to ensure your personal information does not fall into the hands of someone that might not care about anything, even your life, but taking your prescription (s) from you.

It was very frustrating to deal with the CVS pharmacy here. Amr, the pharmacist, was rude and condescending. I complained to the store manager and the store manager asked me to write the comment here and also complain to the corporate store because he said we were not the first person that was mistreated with Amr.

I accidentally left my daughter's medicine at home (7hrs away). They quickly filled her prescription (under an hour) and were very helpful. Excellent customer service!

I was in Orlando staying at the Loews Royal Pacific resort for spring break. Unfortunately, I had left my COPD medication at home. After numerous phone calls with OptumRx and lots of frustration, I spoke with the pharmacist, Joshua at the West Sand Lake Road location. This kind and compassionate gentleman then spent much time attempting to obtain a prescription for me from OptumRx. This was Easter weekend and the closest all night pharmacy to Universal Studios.
Joshua was successful and filled my order and contacted me when it was available.
This was a very frustrating experience for me with OptumRx. But, Joshua was so kind, patient and determined to resolve this for me.
Please commend him for a great job done.
