I have chronic pain from 2 failed back surgeries and never had an issue filing up my prescriptions since last week when, the most rude pharmacist ever, denied my refill not once but twice even when my doctor’s office called and reiterated the necessity of my medications. When your supervisor treats people badly, the whole team will see that as normal and will replicate that treatment to other customers and that’s what I see in this pharmacy. Don’t even waste your time sending your prescriptions here, you will be poorly treated and with a little luck you will be out of there without any other issues.

Easily the most rude Pharmacy I've ever dealt with and I can't think of worse customer service anywhere in recent history. Three times I've called and got the rudest man I've dealt with at any company. I'm going to move my prescriptions to another CVS. I am doing my best to avoid foul language about this person. Assume the worst.

Very friendly staff very nice people in that area. The store is actually open 24 hours. The store is under remodel but it's even open during those times as well. The full service pharmacy is open and they're under reconstruction. Like literally, they're changing the entire store and making it bigger. As far as the sections where the household items, toiletries, and over-the-counter drugs OTC are. Previously many of these items were set up in small sections located all over the store. They're making the section for cosmetic hygiene bigger too. Instead of it being a small section of toothpaste or facial cleansers, it's now a little bit bigger so that more items can fit. They're actually expanding many other areas in the store. They also have an exclusive makeup section when you first walk in. At the back of that section is going to be some salon chairs. So people can go there literally and get like their hair dyed or bleached or cut or permed and curled and all kind of things. I am not sure if that's going to be 24 hours but it's a very good asset to that little community over there. Also in that plaza is a Dunkin donuts and a Chinese restaurant and a professional dry cleaning service and medical centers and all kind of good things. There's also a drive-thru pharmacy pick up and drop off. You just have to drive around towards the back of the store. You have to come in the only entrance off of Yamato road and then make a right. Drive towards CVS and then circle around the cvs store to get to the pharmacy. You'll see it in the back right there. It gets pretty dark because it's kind of like out in a rural area. There's a Wawa that's open 24 hours nearby as well. Going from the CVS, it's north on 441 like 2.4 miles. Now if you're traveling in the dark it's like you can't even see where you're going because everything else kinda looks al woody and rural on either side of the road between the CVS and the Wawa North on 441 when you're driving dark at night. But other than that I got there and you know the place is all lit up and everything and gas station is onsite and you know it's open 24 hours. They have all the same stuff all the other Wawa stores have in the city. I mean south of that location on 441 there's literally tons and tons of all kinds of shops so I mean I love the area. There's also another CVS under 2 miles going south on 441 from Yamato road and they're on the same street (441) but I'm pretty sure it's not open 24 hours. This one I am doing the review for is located on Yamato road so people that are going east and west on Yamato road has a better chance to stop there versus going north to Wawa. Even more, going darker route or South on 441 to go down to where all the main shops, some shops may not be open at night. Some shops may not have what you looking for. Some shops may be too far away due to the dark woody areas depending on what time you're going. That area also has a gas station less than a mile from the 24-hour CVS located on Yamato road, which is a Chevron on 441. If you take Yamato road back to 441 and go 441 South for like a half a mile it's on the right hand side.

It would be great if the pharmacy ever answered their phone and got their refill computer to actually refill prescriptions on time.on hold for 25 minutes right now

Its a CVS.its not any better or worse than any other location. Its clean. Its pretty well organized. The product selection is diverse for beauty and grooming, but not for first aid. I wish their prices and selection for medications, vitamins, and other stuff was better.
