CVS Pharmacy reviews
8Busy pharmacy. Customer service is great! The people are very nice and Kind. But they are really busy and take a little to assist you for pick ups
I transferred my rx from the CVS location on Coral Springs Dr and am so happy I did. The other CVS has serious issues and when bringing on a new head pharmacist with a terrible attitude, it only got worse. Within my 1st two refills at the Westview location, the head pharmacist and staff already knew my name, welcomed me with a smile and made me feel like family. Not to mention I’ve yet to wait more than a few minutes to get an rx filled. Do yourself a favor and utilize this special team.
Best pharmacy/pharmacist ever but the worst company to work for. I was used and abused at this pharmacy where they make literal millions off of you people only for the techs like me to be offered slave wages. I had to find a job that would actually pay me to keep a roof over my head and offer me benefits. Being a technician used to be a career. How horrible is it that a Healthcare company didn't offer its boots on the ground employees any Healthcare benefits or paid days off, nothing. The only thing they covered was life insurance that im sure they would have benefitted off of had I had a heart attack amd died right there on the floor. The volume of prescriptions never left anytime for expired medications to be pulled in a timely manner and there were and probably still are to this day boxes of medication that is slated to be stocked on the shelves but never is because low and behold, there is no time to do so. Be careful there. CVS has no regard for patient safety no matter their marketing ploys or process changes.
Always a great experience. Lisa is an amazing pharmacist, she clearly cares a lot and takes great care of us.
Always helpful and professional. Although all the pharmacy staff is very good, Lisa is just a gem. She remembers everyone and most by names. Now that is great customer service.
The absolute BEST pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! Staff is fantastic, medications are always available on time and I'm always in and out within a few minutes. I believe this is one of the last CVS pharmacies that truly feels like a small pharmacy, where everyone knows your name is extremely attentive to your needs. Thank you for all your help and thoughtfulness over the last 2 years, I would never go to another pharmacy.
Stay away from the standalone CVS stores in Florida. They are all privately owned and not franchised like the rest of the country. Just visit a friendly target store with a CVS. Mrs.were target steps in with her customer service and overrides the debilitated process the stand alone CVS stores have. The pharmacist is fantastic. All people working for her or as good or better.)
