CVS Pharmacy, Cape Coral FL

The CVS inside Target is the friendliest and fastest of all the pharmacy’s I have tried in Cape Coral.

You can’t get the 4th dose of Covid because, even though you got the third one here, I have no documentation of you getting the first and second.

Can you get a third dose without showing you got the first and second? No.

Does it say in your records that I got the third? Yes. Where? Here.

Do you think perhaps I had to show my card when I got my third? Yes you would have had to.

Can I get the fourth now? No I need proof you had the first and second. And then she cancels my Covid vaccination appointment.

Lucky for me the cvs up the street had someone with intelligence in it.

I think the people at cvs pharmacy are extremely rude.was on the phone with a pharmacy technician I didn’t hear what they was asking me, and she wanted to scream DOB then when I went in the store one of the workers who were working on 7/7 at about 6: 30pm, I walked up to her and she was expecting me to say something then like I knew what she was going to ask then she wanna say with an attitude FIRST NAME…. Never met people so miserable

If you are going to travel and need a covid test, don't waste your time doing it here because you will miss your flight too.

My experience was not the best today. I called the pharmacy at 9.30 am and get the information that they have no open appointments for the booster shot. But walk in are welcome. By the check in at 12: 45. One person in front and than. No we can’t make booster shots. Only by appointment. But the sign say walk in welcome. That was not a reputation for cvs.

My family and I moved to the Cape a few years ago from AZ. Since our move, we have struggled to find a pharmacy that could consistently fill one of my medications and a special order “essential” medicine for our 3 year old son.

We were driving 90 miles, to Sarasota, for our son’s medicine because no one, not even local independent pharmacies, were stocking or would stock the medication for us in such small quantities.

As a last resort, after calling every other chain pharmacy in town, I called this CVS and they took the time and were able to help us. It feels like a small family pharmacy here.

Thank you Lindsey, Nicole, Susan, and team for your exemplary customer service, care, and for treating customers like patients instead of numbers in a que.

Lindsey and Suzzy are the best pharmacists in the area, not just within CVS.all pharmacies. Today Lindsey made several phone calls atrempting to locate my meds at a store that has them in stock.
The techs are great also, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
