Horrible Customer Service, I came here and YASLIN in pharmacy and she was beyond rude and couldn’t help me. Over 15 employees working in the store & 1 person at a register with about 10 people in line HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE

Very good service on my last visit to the store. There was some line, but moved quick. Thank you Melanie for the service.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, you have to go to the pharmacy in person to order a
Refill. What a shame.

Always has full lines and no cashiers. Store needs more employees and less store associates not doing anything.

Today, January 3, I went to pick up some medicine that was prescribed for my cough and I spent more than 15 minutes standing in front of the Yoenia technician who saw that I was there and at no time asked me what I needed to direct me in the best way, he just walked from one place to another and talked with his colleagues, including the doctor. When she decided to answer, she told me that I was not on the line and when I arrived there was no one to pick up, I told her that I had been there for 15 minutes and the entire time she had ignored me, you can see the cameras that in all that time she did not answer No clients, so he told me that everything was a single line that they had no staff, when inside there were 6 technicians and the doctor. In short, I had to wait in another queue and when I complained, more technicians automatically appeared and started helping the patients, that is, doing their job. No one goes to a pharmacy because they want to but because they are sick.
