CVS Pharmacy reviews
6 The drive-thru of this store is the slowest I have been to and I have been to Walgreens. Walgreens is even faster. I only go to CVS
because my insurance forces me to, otherwise I would go somewhere else. They are closed from 130 to 2 for lunch. From what I understand. Pharmacist has to be in the pharmacy at all times so that's leading me to believe that they only have one pharmacist at a time. And that also leads me to leave that that is part of the reason why they are so slow. The girl who assisted me with my order walked up and just said be with you on a second and then walked away. And I didn't hear from her again until 2 or 3 more minutes. I waited 40 minutes in the drive through line just to get to the window. They may be short handed, but being short with people doesn't help the situation. When we're already upset over how long we're waiting and being forced to go there.
As most of us needing our medications in a timely matter, likewise for us, and we picked ours up within the hour. Great commutation with the Phamacy technician. Highly recommend them for your local pharmacy.
Every time I go through pharmacy it takes an hour in the Drive-Thru that's outrageous
Only one drive through line 15 to 20 minutes in line. Only to be treated rather rudely by the lady in the window. Pretty disappointing overall.
Horrible customer service. Pharmacy techs counseling my husband on inhaler use in front of other customers while not having a clue on his respiratory issues. Every time we get an inhaler refill the amount is incorrect. Then when he runs out they make us pay full price bc insurance covers a 3 month supply. Had it been filled correctly he would not have run short. Have to wait DAYs for the medication to be ready and deal with nasty rude staff when we go to pick it up.
