CVS Pharmacy, Panama City FL

Worst experience ever. We were hit by multiple tornados yesterday in Bay County. Once I was finally able to get to CVS the day after the tornados to pick up my sons anticonvulsants prescribed for genetic epilepsy which we were now completely out of, the CVS we typically use was closed. I asked this location in Lynn Haven as well as their other location open until 9pm here if they could help because both of these seizure medications are absolutely necessary. Both denied my request saying they were too busy and had too many prescriptions to fill by closing. They also stated they would not fill them without the other CVS pharmacist canceling my sons scripts. That pharmacy is closed so that is not even an option. This is absolutely absurd to me that they will not help a literal CHILD who depends on his seizure medications to function and survive. It is NOT our fault that tornadoes caused extensive damage leaving us unable to pick up prior to now. We have filled these prescriptions monthly with CVS for over 10 years. Shame on you CVS and both pharmacist for refusing to help because you refuse to possibly have to work a bit after closing if you haven't filled everything yet. May you all have the day you deserve!

I mean.it's a CVS. It's hard to get excited about a CVS. That being said - my local CVS on Tyndall Parkway has a great store manager who, if he's there (and he's there a lot) always greets me and is very friendly and warm. Their pharmacist, Mr. Kelly is one of the best, most professional and friendliest men in his profession. I have a child with some health issues so it is important that I have a place I can rely on for fast, friendly professional service and advice.

Jodi and Travis are 2 of the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with. The know you by name and treat you as a friend.

Target CVS Pharmacy is the best. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like they genuinely care about me.

Best pharmacist in the city. He cares, He goes out if he way for my 1 ½ yr old grandson to find his meds that are complicated at best. Just amazing

I love the pharmacy staff. They're polite, helpful and very quick to respond to questions and refill requests! Jody especially is a HUGE blessing to this team!
