CVS Pharmacy, Trinity FL

My experiences with CVS have been mixed. I've been going to them for so long, Caitlyn, Casey, Shawn and Daniel, have almost become like distant relatives. However, I'm not happy with CVS, in general, nor with the certain generic brands in which they have contracted with. I have an autoimmune disorder which makes me unusually sensitive to certain brands and switching from brand to brand. Since one of my Rxs is a controlled substance, I can only get it filled monthly. Therefore, every single month I have to worry about which brand they'll have or if they'll have it in stock at all. The consequences of flip-flopping between brands or going without are dire and sometimes I feel like the staff doesn't understand that. However, I recognize that my situation is unique, so I don't hold that against anyone personally. I just wish my Rx orders could be filled in a consistent manner so I could live a consistent, quality, happy life. If they're ever able to do that, I'll change this review to 5*.

Pharmacist was super friendly and very helpful with an issue that arose when picking up my prescription.

This has been our pharmacy of choice since Target opened in Trinity. It should be noted this CVS is pharmacy only. OTC and HBA are sold by Target at competitive prices to Walmart.
The pharmacy staff has always been excellent, going back to the days it was owned by Target. Current Pharmacist-Manager Caitlin, Pharmacist Casey and Tech Shawn, all there years, now assisted by Daniel, are superb. They are friendly, efficient, professional, go above and beyond. They make us feel like family, always addressing us by name, engage in pleasant conversation and ask about spouse. If a product is not available they will locate it. They will search for better prices than charged by insurers. Just great people to provide your pharmacy needs. And, oh yes, reliable pharmaceutical advice when requested.

A downside and not the staff’s fault: the floaters sent by CVS to fill in for regulars can be a haphazard lot.
