CVS Pharmacy, Hollywood FL

I don't like giving bad reviews. I have used CVS for several years they have been good filling prescriptions. I needed to transfer one recently the app and website were not able to help because of some number mismatch? After try to call for an hour I went to this store. IT WAS clear why no one answered the Phone. Trying to run business with minimal employees. An App.and website are not a replacement for a trained employee. CVS you might want to rethink your business model. Prescription are important and your customers prove it to us CVS.

Great pharmacy. Friendly staff. I went on Saturday via drive through, so I had a short wait. No issues.

The new application does not allow PHARMACY to enter so you have to ask for it and they treat the client very badly when they do not speak English well, it is incredible that we have a CVC department that has so many clients with such poor aptitude and such a bad reputation towards the clients who are the ones who pay them. I hope they read the comments and take appropriate action. Hoping they resolve this serious situation

Good morning, I just left this cvs and the manager in person is the rudest thing there is besides not having any good way of dealing with the public, luckily we are in the USA

This is my first ever bad experience with any CVS I been to (I’ve been using cvs pharmacy for years) to begin I was told my prescription would be done by a certain time and I came 2 hours after the time they gave me and it still wasn’t done. Then when I made a comment about that a pharmacy employee (Juancarlos) was very rude and reminded to be rude later that day when it was finally ready. I definitely will be changing pharmacies he made me feel extremely uncomfortable!

If you need to go to this pharmacy, do not go there from 1pm-2pm. The pharmacy is closed. This is not necessary with the amount of help they have.

Horrible chaotic pharmacy. Doctor had to call in a prescription three times. Poor attention to detail and poor communication. Do not recommend.

Horrible customer service. I waited 40
Minutes to pick up my prints. The employees just don’t care. They were on their phone, chatting and not doing their job. She was so slow, like dragging time. If you have other options, don’t go there.

People that work here are not professional and have not empathy at all. After one hour that my little baby antibiotics was ordered it is not ready. I told them baby ha a bacteria and needs medication asap because is having high fever very often and the technician told mi that was a long line of request before me and if i wanted to complain to call the company office.
Now I am moving all my prescriptions to Wallgreens
