Unprofessional, rude, require a re-train of all staff in the pharmacy. Went in for a called in prescription from Publix 24 hours after it was called in (I was beside the pharma when she call it in). CVS said they did not have it and it was never called in after giving my husband's name, dob as well as the number to Publix. Went next door to Publix and asked the same pharma to call again-she did and they did have it-excuse used, they thought the med was for me? How I do not know as I never gave them any information other than my husband's. THEN I asked the pharma at CVS to help me with another item sold and she said, "can't you just read the directions yourself"? And yes, the tone was real. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE CVS IN THE HAMMOCKS! Shame.on you all.
