CVS Pharmacy y más reviews
12Horrible, terrible service, very long line, I was waiting for the flu and covid vaccines for more than 45 minutes, I asked how long the delay was and the answer was you have to wait, very rude
The opinion of the general public is a reflection of efficient or poor management. Today I was able to validate how an error in the pharmacy's inventory system triggered a series of disappointments, anger and, above all, discomfort for all those affected, starting with the employee and ending with the customer. It seems that objectivity regarding deviations in CVS's internal processes, as well as the opinion of the general public, are not properly taken into account. It is unfortunate
Terrible service the pharmacy zero zero education and a medicine that only takes 20 minutes to confirm with the insurance it took her two hours and I know what the process is like because in the family there are pharmacists in Walgreen and in the same CVS what a shame it should be close those who work in pharmacies due to lack of education, return their certificates or better review them to see if they are qualified for that job
"I had a terrible drive-thru experience. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru line, but the staff didn't acknowledge me. They finally decided to go on their lunch break, and I was forced to go inside to confront them. However, they had the audacity to deny that I was waiting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes. They were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. I have never dealt with such poor service in a pharmacy before. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and file a complaint with the corporate office. It's not a game to play with people's medicines. "
Terrible service, everything is very slow, a pickup order in 1 hour according to the app and in 3 hours it is still not ready
The most horrible thing I have ever seen in my life, both the inside and outside lines are outrageous and when you are outside they ignore you and pay no attention to you. They take hours to serve you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
It is the worst CVS I have ever been to, I go here because I live nearby and I have insurance with this CVS, but it is horrible in the pharmacy part, they do not understand that the customer is a priority and there are very long lines, I always have to wait more than 40 minutes in line to be served and it's because the employees who are always there more than 4 are all in the back doing other things and they see the line and the people and they don't worry about serving people I don't know why but no one He has explained to them that the priority is the customer who is on line at the moment and that when they finish serving the line then they can continue with their other tasks, but they do it doesn't seem to care and that most of the time in the line the people who are They are old and can hardly even stand. The bad attention and the little respect they have for people, especially the old people who have to wait in line for a long time, for this reason, for me, it is the worst CVS.

Every time I need to go for some medication, ALWAYS, BUT ALWAYS, the same "sh%%#". (_They have NOT put the order.). I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT ONE MORE HOUR FOR THE ONE WHO ATTENDS ME TO PUT IT AT THE TIME I GO TO PICK IT UP, AFTER 5 HOURS THEY RECEIVED THE PRESCRIPTION, BECAUSE WHOEVER RECEIVED THE PRESCRIPTION, NEVER WORKED IT, NOR DID HE MIND GIVING IT TO SOMEONE ELSE, (NEVER). AND WHAT THE MANAGER THINKS OF HIRING, PEOPLE WHO "ONLY" SPEAK ENGLISH, IN A CENTER THAT SUPPOSEDLY, IS ATTENTION IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
(CVS y Más.). (. Y Más qué? The much older people, who were in line, waiting, complained about 2 who worked in the pharmacy did not speak Spanish.so. Seriously?
""Solutions"", or you will run out of customers!
Every time I come here which is very often because is the nearest pharmacy to my house I get upset with the waiting time and the customer service. I even have called the corporate and nothing happens, and is not cvs in general but this specific pharmacy that has had this problem for years. Is an horrible experience
Worst pharmacy. They don’t even look at your face when talking to you.the workers have no manners. They don’t care about the customers. They need to understand that ppl don’t go to the pharmacy to have fun, we go because someone is sick and needs medicine. The orders are never ready, and that’s if you’re lucky enough for them to have the medicine. One star is too much for them. Also don’t even try the drive through, it better off to go inside because they just ignore you.
So unprofessional. I guess these people don’t have a manager. They do whatever they want. They close the door on you without telling you, rude personal. With no regards of human rights.
If there were zero stars I would put it. Customer service is HORRIBLE, lines are always long even in person, drive thru takes forever. They are also severely understaffed in the pharmacy so I have some empathy. Some of the male pharmacists do be cute tho, especially the one with the shaven head:)
