CVS Pharmacy y más, Homestead FL

Lines are always long, short on personnel. Parking lot has homeless men laying on the floor. Two yellow trucks occupied by males live on the property for years and apparently management is not concerned. A total of three shopping carts. It's a terrible shopping experience!

Felt like part of the family. All my questions were answered, and they took care of me from the beginning to the end of the process.

The staff at CVS ON DIXIE HWY AND 288 are friendly kind knowledgeable they even know your name to me they’re great.

All the employees at CVS pharmacy has always treated me like family as well as my husband I have no complaints. Yes they have long lines BUT They move as fast as they can they always make sure that the customer is being taken care of and that’s what matters the most.

This pharmacy needs a whole new management team. Customer service is horrible and they take so long to get your prescriptions ready, even after receiving the message saying it's ready.

Good and fast service, only that they should give hygiene to the windows and walls of the drive thru

Please don’t send your prescriptions to this place! They are worse pharmacy at Homestead. More than 24 to filled out my son antibiotics prescriptions.

I’ve have been calling all morning to check to see if they transferred my prescription to this cvs to make sure I got the address because the pharmacy at Walgreens stoped taking it I arrived at 7 when I finally had time getting off of work I had to wait 30 minutes in line for a prescription that was never ready all of this would’ve be resolved if they would’ve answered the phone I even called multiple times on my break.

My daughter have a operation yesterday around 1pm doctor send the prescription around the same time 1pm simple ibuprofen 800 and I went today the prescription still not ready! My daughter still in pain unbearable I’m not coming back to this pharmacy again and I don’t recommend to no one! Bad business
