A sales person having your best interest at heart is a rare thing nowadays. Today I switched insurance coverage for three cars and saved $1500 per six months. A week ago I was shopping for cheaper rates because the six months premium with the previous company was $3600 for six months. I was told that that was the cheapest considering the rise in prices in Florida especially with insurance. When I met with Jesley last week, I told her I was interested in cheaper rates for a reasonably good coverage. She explained what is necessary and a must have and any other coverages that meet my needs. She was very patient and gave me a printout of her quotes to take home and think about it. No pressure, no upselling. The only pressure that made me come back was the staff kindness and excellent customer service. Ms. Adriana at the front desk saw me coming in with a face mask on because I was feeling under the weather. She felt sorry for me and made me hot tea with honey.
