Working with Cypress Creek was the best decision I’ve made! It’s very fulfilling to be able to care for our loving residents, and Work with an incredibly dedicated team. When you love what you do, you tend to feel a sense of purpose and belonging. Along with constant support and positive feedback from management. Not only are they understanding to each employees needs they are flexible with schedules when life gets busy. Cypress creek has become my second family!

I have had the pleasure to work at Cypress Creek going on 5 years now. I can genuinely say I enjoy coming to work everyday with great passion. Here at Cypress Creek it is very family oriented, not only do we come together to give exceptional care to our residents we also take care of each other as a team.

I love my job. This place is amazing it’s clean It’s a lot of teamwork with each other, the management team is amazing, they show love and compassion for their staff and also their residence.there biggest concern is to make sure that the residents is taken care of, and feel love Kate Johnston, Gina Torres, amber reiniger, cathy Medina, thanks

If you’re looking for a place for your family members Cypress Creek is the place to be? I’ve been working here over two years and I can tell you that this place is wonderful. We have a great team and we also have a great management team. Kate, Gina, Amber? Are the best.

Here at cypress creek the tenants are well taken care of by the staff and management. The staff is always eager to assist any of the members here with there needs to make sure that they get the very best care. It always brings me great joy too see there smiling faces on a daily basis here at cypress creek.

If I could rate Cypress Creek a zero I would. My father was there under one month and fell multiple times, medicated to the point of incoherence and labeled as aggressive. They refused to take him back after a hospitalization stating they couldn’t provide the care he needed. That had become crystal clear. He was admitted to the hospital twice during his short stay at Cypress creek after falls. We were at the point where we thought we were heading towards hospice. However, Cypress creek not accepting my father back was the greatest blessing for my dad and family. We found Inspired Living assisted living where within just under one month he has been weaned off the excessive medication that made him “zombie” like. He is walking independently, laughing, happy and I was able to bring him out to lunch and enjoy my sweet dad again. I would not recommend cypress creek to anyone who has memory care needs. They do not have the expertise or knowledge to manage residents with dementia. Please look to Inspired Living for your loved ones.

This is the most unprofessional place in the history of my life been working. I work for this company for 5 days and they were unprofessional.while working I understand that there was an error, so I brought error to the nurse attention. And she took offense of the positive feedback.furthermore the next day the manager Amber Texted me and told me I No longer needed at the company. She said I do not fit in, and fired me through Tex messages. This was all because I corrected the head nurse of an error I saw on the MEDS …. Which professional company fires people thru Tex messages? Unprofessional. This warrants a call to the FLorida labor board.worst company I ever work for in my life. People been quitting and walking off the job every day.

If your loved one needs more care …. This is NOT the place for you. My husband couldn’t remember that he couldn’t walk. So, they kicked us out because he fell out of his wheelchair too many times. The administrator wouldn’t speak to me in person. High turnover of staff. Many times the staff was not available at night. One time, my husband called for help for so long and staff never came … one of his buddies there had to call 911 for help.

My father resided there for 8 years and my mother is started her 4 year in March. It’s been very good to my parents. Nobody wants to send their parents to a facility but sometimes it’s the best thing you can do for your family. Cypress Creek has been very good to my parents, I don’t believe they could get care any better any where else. I highly recommend Cypress Creek Assisted Living

Cypress Creek Assisted Living is my extended family. Working here for 5 years has been a privilege and a pleasure. The residents and the staff are just wonderful. During the most challenging times of the pandemic we all remained diligent to keep our community safe and as close to normal living as possible. Someone asked me once if i would move my family member here? I told them I would live here!

We’ll best to start from the beginning. When we starting looking for a place, Cypress Creek really stood out!
Clean, inviting, and the staff treat us like family. When my father in law first got there we were super worried he wouldn’t stay. He had Alzheimer’s and for many years, he didn’t realize it. We started by taking him there for a Christmas party. He never left! He loves it. Used to call it “the “resort “ he lives in”. They all love him and he loves them. The nurse always remember us and we are greeted by an amazing front desk staff and manager Kate as well. You go Cypress Creek. They do it right! Thanks for taking such good care of our beloved Dad!

Cypress Creek does a great job caring for the elderly that can't quite live on their own. There seems to be some staff turnover, but overall they do everything they can to make the residents comfortable.

My mother moved into Cypress Creek back in February 2017, a couple months after my dad died. My mom has dementia and could no longer take care of herself. Cypress Creek is privately owned, so they're committed to the residents not shareholders. They provide excellent personal care for my mom, and as she her level of care has increased over the years, they have been able to make sure all her needs are met. Cypress Creek has been such a blessing for all of us. Thank all of you for everything.

The staff has a high turnover, IF there is even staff available that day/night.no communication by nursing director Gina. She will only communicate by email because she lacks the ability to pick up a phone to discuss any concerns the family may have. Very very horrible facility and should be ashamed of themselves!

My mother has been at Cypress Creek for over one year. When my Mom was initially diagnosed with dementia we had her at two other ALFs. We were very dissatisfied with the care at her previous facilities.
At Cypress Creek, we found a loving home for Mom. The care is exceptional at every level. The senior leadership and care coordinators are are both compassionate and true professionals in their field. The caregivers are compassionate to my Mom and give her the time she needs to feel loved and special. Finally, Cypress Creek has approached the Covid crisis with common sense - never sacrificing safety while balancing the needs of family and patients to ensure we can remain connected.
I really appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts to other families who are trying to decide on the care of their loved ones.

This is an absolutely fantastic community. We had my Grandmother in another facility prior and wished we found Cypress Creek sooner! My Grandmother has lived at Cypress Creek for three years and our entire family could not be more than pleased. Communication is outstanding, we are always in the loop of what is going on. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. And it is nice to see a community where the managers have an open door policy. Our family truly feels like all the staff and other residents at Cypress are our family!

My mom has lived at CCAL for past 3 1/2 years and I have never seen her soo happy! She is well cared for, both physically and emotionally. I can't say enough about Cypress Creek and it's staff.

My mom has lived at Cypress Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care for the past several years. As her memory care and physical needs have increased, so has their level of care. During the very challenging past couple of years, I have witnessed their dedication to the safety and well-being of residents, as well as their dedication to keeping communication with residents' families open. They have worked so hard to react to changing situations with care and safety. From help with navigating financial programs to answering basic questions about my mom when I can't see her for myself, I have had wonderful experiences with the staff and administration. My family and I are grateful to have found such a place for our mother. Thank you Cypress Creek!

Do NOT trust this facility with your loved one if they need full care. My father passed away due to neglect and not being properly cared for. He had horrible bed sores and was in complete organ failure once he was finally taken to the hospital. Not the sunshine and rainbows they want you to think.

This is an absolutely fabulous facility. I am not certain how it does not have more reviews, as I know first hand the positive impact it has on the elderly. It is clean and staff are so friendly, not just to the residents, but also to visitors. The residents are truly happy too - and that alone is a testament to the degree of dedication and passion their employees display.
