Appointment waiting was less than 10 minute from the set time. My problem survey for my first visit was less than 30 minutes then I received my first treatment.

They have courteous and professional staff. I was timely scheduled, and, I found some relief for my frozen left shoulder with my very first appointment. Thank you, Cypress Creek.

This was my first time ever consulting with a Chiropractic Center for my ongoing neck pain. Met with Dr Garcia who was very thorough with physical agility tests. Then met with Dr Richeson who explained procedures and performed some chiropractic procedures. Both were thorough and professional. Front office staff was polite and professional.

Cypress Creek Chiropractic and Wellness has such a professional and courteous staff. Everyone introduced themselves, made sure to answer any questions I had and were so kind.
Dr. Richeson was very good. He spent a good amount of time with me getting to know my concerns and showing me via xrays just how my body was not aligned properly. He then did an alignment and we made a next appointment to create and go over a treatment plan going forward. The doctor, not the office, texted me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I thought that was very thoughtful and not something many doctors do these days.
I will update my review after my next visit, which if it is anything like the first visit, will again rate 5 stars.

Aug 21st. I have now been seeing Dr. Richeson for about 5 months. He has done wonders for my hip. Dr. Richeson is such a kind and caring individual. If you need chiropractic care, I highly recommend Cypress Crerk Chiropractic and Wellness.
