Great neighborhood I (unlike some other negative Nancys here) have lived here with my mom for 10 years almost coming up next year. We are two women so a safe neighborhood was at the top of her list for a place to stay. Originally the full time security guard knew this place like the back of his hand but since he passed a few years ago the newer security guard is a bit more strict with parking but for GOOD reason as there is not a lot for RESIDENTS. Its common sense. Dating someone when you move in, add them to the lease! OR, get the tow for hogging spots for DAYS when they don’t technically live here. Same goes for family staying for extended periods of time. This is not an apartment complex. These are CONDOS. People’s full time HOMES. If you have a problem with that, there are hundreds of air bnbs taking up affordable housing in orlando that your loved ones can go stay at instead.

Anyways, another PRO Is the MAINTENANCE WORKERS they do what needs to be done every week around this place and it NEVER look dirty or not taken care of. The only critter you might catch is a few otters in the lake, raccoons wandering over from the nature reserve its next to, turtles, they two neighborhood cats looking for a snack, Or someones pet dog they get a nice chunky fine for not having them on the leash. I kid you not I have NEVER DEALT WITH ROACHES RATS OR ANY OTHER FILTHY INSECTS HERE! Maintenance does pest control in all units and what ever they are doing is working.
The ONLY negative if you can call it that is sometimes home owners here do rent out their places to central and South American foreigners that literally have no sense of respect and neighbors will make the occasional police call for rowdy tourists if there is nothing security can do… thats just a con of choosing of living in orlando period though.
But, all in all you wont find modern units with bedrooms sized so nicely with great amenities and a decent size, super safe, clean, mostly quiet neighborhood. I hate to leave this place but as an adult now its time BUT I will come visit my mother here on occasions. THANK YOU CYPRESS FAIRWAY!

Worst place to live.guys please do no rent here and do not buy unit.you will regret right after the 1 st month. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend that dont live with you just spend the night 3 or 4 times a week be aware that you will be breaking up after the 12th visit because they wont give you a visitor pass. Or you will have to rent a garage and pay 100/month. If you have a friends that come ofter because of course you are a human and you dont wanna live alone your whole life just cut all of them off.they want you to live like a ghost. If you have a family coming from an other state or an other country to stay for a month and they have a car just kick them out the 15th day otherwise they will tow their car. And if you are 2 occupant on the lease and 1 of you is travelling and his car is parked you will be receiving every 2 weeks a notice that if you dont move the car it will towed even if the car has the sticker. Which is does not make any freaking sense.and if you have a problem please do not talk to that stupid sherma the manager there.she is not professionnel at all.she is respectful. 2 more thing: you do not have the right to throw the trash after 9 am in the morning because you will be charged $45 and if you tired because your human being and you parked wrong they gave you a warning

Great place to love! They have a fantastic gym and recreation area including a fancy outdoor grill and 2 swimming pools. The grounds are clean and upkept.

Cypress Fairway Condominium is a really nice place to stay. Everyone is very nice in the front office. The grounds are safe with the community being gated. I think this would be a safe place to stay.

I house sat here for some friends which was a mistake. Security was useless and made me feel very unwelcome. I was pre-registered by the tenant, but was forced to re-register again because they never took any of my information previously. They were not apologetic about this.

Security also woke me up at 11: 00 at night asking me to move my car because it was in an assigned spot. I was told as long as the spot didn’t say reserved, I could park there. I was in a non-reserved spot and was forced to move. I took pictures.

Valet trash is ridiculous. They only allow white trash bags and only one bag of trash per residence M-F. Another ridiculous policy. I’m so glad I don’t live here. I feel sorry for the tenants. Had I known I was going to deal with this nonsense, I would have never agreed to staying here. Thank God I’m not a resident here.

It's a nice, pretty, clean, quiet neighborhood. Well maintained. Great location. Probably the safest neighborhood in the area. Strict, the rules are enforced. Definitely not for everyone. Kind of a Karen's paradise honestly. If you are a rule breaker you wont like it here. The amenities are nice but the office and security can make it less enjoyable. Teens definitely have no freedom here. They arent allowed to sit outside and chat for long, and arent allowed in the gym at all. You must accompany guests when they enter the gym and pool. Minimal parking is something to be considered. It's annoying but unfortunately in this area rules like this have to be made. Good for max 2 adults per unit and younger kids.
It's a great,  lovely,  tidy,  and peaceful neighbourhood.  very well kept.  Excellent location The area's safest neighbourhood,  perhaps.  The laws are strictly enforced.  Without a doubt,  not for everyone.  Actually kind of a Karen's paradise.  You won't enjoy it here if you breach the rules.  However,  the office and security may make it less pleasurable despite the wonderful amenities.  Teens have no freedom in this environment.  They aren't allowed to converse for an extended period of time outside,  and they aren't allowed at all in the gym.  When visitors join the pool and fitness centre,  you must be with them.  It is important to take into account minimal parking.  Although it is inconvenient,  laws like these must sadly be made in this area.  Good for smaller children and up to two adults per unit.

We just had our Christmas celebration yesterday which proved what a lovely community this is. It was a nice get-together with a raffle, tasty food and even a singer / musician. It makes me feel like a home, not just a place to live.

This was the worst place I’ve ever lived and I’ve lived all over the United States. STAY AWAY FROM ANDREA! Worst landlord I’ve ever had. The HOA is terrible and will walk into your unit without a warning. I was treated with 0 respect and the first night, my car got towed because I moved in on a weekend and didn’t have a parking pass yet. STAY AWAY! Thankfully I moved. If you want a better neighborhood in the area, literally live anywhere else.
