I moved here from Huntsville al I search the apartment on Google and the picture seems nice but as of me pulling in it didn't look like the same place so I proceeded to find the office and talk with the office manager and they show us an apartment that was not complete and they showed us one that they say was complete, but wasn't but still took my money saying they was going to fix it before I moved in. They had two weeks to fix everything in the apartment but when I got here to move in, nothing was fixed, I asked them multiple times to fix it and my stove went out right after Thanksgiving and asked them multiple times to fix it. Haven't seen no one but they can put a note on the door saying to pay the rent. I'm not paying because my heat and AC doesn't work and my stove, I wouldn't recommend for no one to stay here because they don't fix anything it's run down and the maintenance man, smokes, crack or meth, so he be up all through the night riding on the golf cart or in a little truck so the pictures online doesn't match the pictures you see today and also it is roach infested. I had to buy my own spray from Home Depot to spray because they do not spray, and if they did, I wouldn't trust it at all the roaches might like it.

I am a living here and I just wanted to thank Marvin for taking care of the kids issue. All I can say is that since he took over all problems get taking care of.

Mervin is the best Property Manager I ever met in my entire 57 yrs of life very understanding and will make sure you're very comfortable he'll get the job done please keep him here God bless him Abundantly and I don't know his name but his are a maintenance man and he been out here for a lil bit but he works so hard please keep him

Place needs to be cleaned up, trash needs to go in trash receptacles not on side, scattered on the ground. Children all over the place, in the road, in the gym provided, management doesn't seem to care because nothing is done about bad situations. Parking is horrible, tenants that live there can hardly fine a place to park, their visitors no where to park. Children riding behind cars as they drive in complex on scooters, etc, running in front of moving vehicles.

I am living here since almost 1 year now and there are a lot improvements since Marvin is the new Property Manager.
Even the outside is looking better.

I recently moved in here and downsized to a one bedroom apartment. Marvin the property manager here made the process so smooth and simple it took alot of weight off my shoulders and stress off my plate. I'd also like to compliment their maintenance staff here for always being on top of an issue whenever it was brought to their attention. I could not be more thankful for these guys and the home they have provided. Thank you guys for everything!

The office guy mr marvin is a great guy he is the most respeatful guy and always on time when its a issue with my unit i have never moved in somewhere where the office people are understanding they have switched owners less then 4months since i been here in this apartment complex, the maintenance guy was right on time when i told him my stove wasnt working at all mr anthony is the best also

If there is a problem you can always contact Marvin the Property Manager he will send his maintanance Team and they going to get everything fixed!

Normally I wouldn't comment on a Property I live in but I have to tell y'all the changes that are happening at the moment since Marvin took over.
He is making it a nice place to live again, the kids can play outside and all the things are getting cleaned and fixed.

Going on our second winter season here. STILL waiting on heat to be serviced. Last winter was horrible as past management just kept saying "we're sending someone out" and they just kept saying that until the weather warned up.
Granted the new management group does a much better job than last.
When we moved in our move in was delayed 7 hours (last Management group) our carpets still not been cleaned, nails in threshold still missing. Trying to decide if we will renew in mid January

Marvin was incredibly knowledgeable, affable, and patient while helping me get through the process of moving into the Cypress Ridge apartments. I appreciate you sir!

I been living here going on 2 years and since Anthony took over as the maintenance supervisor so much has been taken care of. Not only in my unit but the property as well and Thank you Anthony and John for fixing my AC I've been waiting for so long.

Marvin’s personality has been an absolute delight to correspond with and honestly Marvin alone is the best reason to become tenants at Cypress Ridge! With him as the main representative and Property Manager we feel so delighted to be able to sign a lease there. Thank you so very much for being so wonderful!

Marvin, the new apartment manager, has been phenomenal. He is welcoming and very caring about his residents. The apartment has it's issues as far as things that need to be done. Given time Marvin and his crew will take care of it. Maintenance is busy always renovating and repairing things that need to be done. They are not leaving things to fall apart. I believe that they are what this apartment complex needs to be one of the best places to rent in Pensacola.

Since the new Property Manager Marvin took over, there are really big changes.
He is a man of his word and not just promising without actions.

I'm here since almost 6 months now and I have to say Marvin is a great dude.
Everytime if there is an issue he sends someone out to help or fix it.
As long as you pay your rent you will have a comfortable living here.

I had an on going electrical issue and Anthony fixed the entire issue on his own and Shea was there to fix any other issue at any time
