The business was prompt and communicative in responding to my calls and being transparent about timing and price. The professional who came even helped tighten up a pipe in another room without charging us extra. The professional was able to communicate perfectly in English and Spanish and clearly had experience dealing with condo bureaucracy.

I made an appointment with the guy a week before, to replaced two angle stop in a building, for that I had to pay to the association 100 dollar fees in order the shut off the building water main raiser, the guy “ David” didn’t show up at all, I call him for two hours more than 25 times and he never answer the phone, I even text him a reminder the day before of the appointment and he also didn’t response, at the end I loss the $100 dollars fees paid to the building management office, and the guy never showed up. It was very unprofessional for him. I wouldn’t recommend this guys at all. He is irresponsible, informal, carefree, disrespectful to the customer, and not serious at all.
