Good place to hit some balls. Great customer service and knowledge of machines and offers. Cages are also clean. Machines run great. They need to upgrade bats you use for hitting but everything else is great.

Not maintaining the piching machines - unfortunately today we moved a couple times looking to get pitches below a 13 year old's shoulders.

Staff was a so-so on helpfulness or even possibly lower on the concern.

I'm sure they'll resolve it soon.

Great hitting facility! We were in on vacation and wanted to get reps. We rented a cage for a half hour, was able to get in some good work. Went to the batting cages with the machine pitch as well. It a good spot to hit!

Great place when opened but recently experiencing internet connectivity issues and worn out balls.

Great place for my niece to practice her softball hitting and they have instructors to help you with all facets of your game

Great place to bring the kids for batting practice. Cost $30 and they give you around 250 balls in a 15 at a time rounds. Place is very clean, feels like a new building. They give you a card which you can add as you go or take home with a balance allowing you to use it at another time. Friendly staff the cages have a card like machine with a touch screen that lets you choose if you want to go for baseball or softball, you can choose fastballs at 35,50,60,75 mph. You can also choose curveballs as well.

Love this place. It’s super clean and everyone there is friendly. Coach Grant and Coach Bre have helped my daughter so much with her swing in just 2 lessons. I highly recommend!

The facility is very cost friendly in terms of memberships. The staff are very social and helpful but the equipment management and maintenance is a joke. I personally have had curveballs thrown from the machines when I clicked fastball. The machines never throw where they’re supposed to and that’s if the machines are running at all. I would not recommend pitching lessons from here either, everything ive heard said from the baseball side of things can be found on YouTube. Softball coaches are good in pitching but I’m not sure about any of the hitting coaches because see i have not seen them coach. There are plenty of examples of good facilities like top velocity and baseball performance center for example. This place has loads of potential if it is run how it is supposed to be. Like a baseball/softball performance center and not like a chucky cheese.

Modern, clean, fair prices, helpful staff, plenty of cages. Personally, I see the pitch well here, too, which is always nice.

Great place to get my son some good reps before a big tournament. Definitely worth the time and money.

We absolutely loooooove DBats and their staff. Great knowledge, great delivery of the knowledge. They don't sugar coat the instruction and my son is always so amped after we leave. We tell everyone to go here

Great facility with a quality staff that is able to help anyone take their game to the next level. The Performance Academy/Weight room is an awesome addition to the place! Great space for anyone of all ages to train in a safe and state of the art environment.

Awful experience. I’m 46 and work hard for my money Keara behind the counter treated me very disrespectful in front of my kids and other customers. Won’t be back.

Great, high tech batting cages. Several choices for hitting. Very clean and the Associates are very polite and knowledgeable.
