D & D Garage Doors, Sarasota FL

A week after moving into our brand new built house, our garage had difficulty closing. We had to hit it several times. Now it’s at the point we can’t even use our remotes, we have to do to inside. We called for an appointment, they said between 9-11. Come 11: 30, no one came so we called, and they say by 1pm. 1 pm passes and we call and again and they say they cancelled our appointment. No one told us. So we make another one. We were told the first appointment of the day. They of course were late and when we called they said no one was working (this was Saturday). But someone did show up. Was it fixed? Absolutely not. We have another appointment for next week, see if someone actually shows up! Go elsewhere!

The repairman was very, very good at what he does. And he did it by himself. The results are wonderful. The door is quiet and we really love the light that goes on without having to open the door. Very professional worth every Penny.

Very knowledgeable. Tech made a few minor tweaks I didn’t ask for to help with long term maintenance.

These guys were good. Showed up on time.did the job and explained to me what they did. When it's time for new garage doors I will give them a call.

Worker did everything that needed to be done in a thorough manner and was confident in his job. I would want him working at my house again! You should be proud of him.

Came to do warranty work on my house. On time, super courteous, would highly recommend them.

Had D&D Garage doors out to replace rubber sweep on bottom edge of door where it meets the ground. I believe my technician was Kurt (?). Friendly, professional and efficient. He did a superb job and I recommend D&D wholeheartedly!
