D. G. Meyer, Inc., Daytona Beach FL

I can't say enough about my experience today with D G Meyer air conditioning service in Ormond Beach. My 81 year old mother requires oxygen and loses her breath during a warm shower. Unfortunately, her a.c. Stopped working early this morning. She was in the car with her nurse using portable oxygen while I was at work in Tampa.

I called D G Meyer 10 minutes before they opened and explained my situation. The great young lady that answered said she needed a few minutes and would call me back.

8 minutes afterwards she called back and said that they would be there in 10 minutes!

The tech remembered my mother and her house and was great. He had it fixed no problem and she was back in bed in a jiffy!

Manager still hasn't called me back. One of there drivers almost hit me yesterday doing at least 70. While I was turning into my job. There was a car in the other lane turning to the left and I was turning to the right they never slowed down there was a work van and a truck behind him both hauling a**. Both work vehicles plainly advertising D. G. Meyer on the side. Figured this might get someone's attention talk with your driver's or hire new ones.

Sales and service guys are great. They do the job correctly in timely and orderly fashion.

We needed an annual check up of the system. They admitted to being understaffed and got me on the schedule for the following day anyway (even though a check up is not a high priority when others have a nonfunctional AC). I ended up having to shorten my window of availability and they happily rescheduled for a few days later. When they arrived on the rescheduled date, they were running behind, but Kristopher was nice, professional and efficient. He explained a few things he noticed, cleaned everything out well, sanitized the inside parts.and verified everything was running well. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. We have been using them the last few annual check ups. They are much better than the previous company we used.

This is the only company we call for electrical or air conditioning service. They are the best! They have done lots of work for us on several different occasions and we are very happy. They hire honest employees. Their electrician did some work for us today. Brian was straight forward with us and didn't drag the work out. He did exactly what we needed done and in good time! We will definitely continue to call D. G. Meyer for any future electrical or A/C service we need. We absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Been 2 wks no ac, cause they, put wrong part on then said it was the blower fan and still no ac didn't keep their appointment with me and lied, still waiting just to put fan in, wanted 490.00 dollars for labor for 20 minutes of wk, and that. Lady lied to about that time
