Shot on rifle range and had a great time. Range staff was very helpful and assisted with tools in adjusting my scope and giving great advice. Shooting outdoors is so much nicer then shooting indoors

I rarely write reviews but wanted to share what a great experience I had at the range on Sunday. My husband brought his new rifle with him and Tyone, one of the range officers, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in getting us familiar and comfortable with the rifle. I was not going to shoot it but he encouraged me and showed me exactly how to handle it and made me super comfortable. So glad he was there, had a great time.

Great range. Range officers keep a VERY SAFE range. I've been a member for close to 20 years.

Worst attitude from the range officers. Some of the shooters are way unsafe. Will never visit that place again. Also the facilities are in really bad shape. Strongly not recommended

This range is SAFE and clean! The members of DCGC do a great job protecting this gem. This range is orderly and accommodating to all skill levels for shooters. Highly recommended.

Very safe, friendly, knowledgeable and fun range! Lots of good people willing to help new and experienced shooters.

First time there with friends, we had fun. Range Personal were all about safety at all time. Nice range not crowded. A+

My Son took me here for first time. I can shoot a rifle but not much pistol experience. OK None lol. Jay came over and helped me. Showed me how to hold it correctly. Went from barely hitting paper to tearing up thecenter. Thanks Jay for a great experience Nothing but 5 Stars

I would like to start off by saying that this was my first time at this range and decided to bring my girlfriend and my 11 year old son to shoot some rifles in 5.56 and 7.62x39 caliber. I looked at the website to see their rules and regulations and it states that any child over 8 can shoot a rifle at the range and they must be 13 or older to shoot a pistol.

Well, that is not the case apparently. When I got to the range, which is 1 small little continuous table with half the rifle ranges already occupied and a wait time, the Sam Elliot wannabe asked how old my son was and I indicated that he’s 11 and said that he is not allowed to shoot anything other than a. 22. I told him that information is not listed on his website and he simply shrugged his shoulders and turned around. Well, the other RO with the missing teeth was nice but the overall experience left you feeling not welcomed.

Good news was that I called Tenoroc Shooting range in Lakeland and they literally said over the phone when I ask if my 11 year old can shoot an AR rifle at their range. ”we welcome all children to learn about shooting and shoot all different types of calibers in a safe manner and it is up to the parent to make sure it’s done in a safe manner. We appreciate and encourage families to let their children shoot”. I was sold and had the best experience at that range.

To the owners of Dade City Gun Club…focus a little more on a positive customer experience with informative facts on your website to allow your customer base to grow.

I had to put a review down for those that are hesitant to try this range. I'm no expert gun enthusiast but been to a few ranges myself. This was one of the best experiences by in large due to the professionalism displayed by the VOLUNTEERS! I had to emphasize VOLUNTEERS. Larry and Dennis were outstanding! They go out of their way to welcome you and make you feel comfortable and also ensure you understand all the safety measures. If you leave your ego aside and pay attention to the rules, this is the place for you. Hope to see these guys again very soon! Thank you both!

Have shot at a lot of indoor clubs. And hate them. Love this rang. I'm a vet so I feel at home the way they run things. Brought a friend who was also a vet. He also loves the range. People are friendly and give advice on your shooting. A lot of skilled shooters, very friendly.
