I could just cry. I paid them and trusted them to do a good job and they have cost me more money! I would bring my frame back to the for the third time but I just can’t bring myself to do it. Horrible quality work. They RIPPED my print. And they used some sort of black putty or shoe polish on the frame which they didn’t tell me about, or I wouldn’t have set it on my light colored couch as it has gotten on it and won’t come out! They ruined a thousand dollar print and my couch. I curse this business and pray they go bankrupt as soon a possible. They deserve it for the suffering and money loss they’ve caused me.
