Just had a great visit to Dairy Queen! Very quick in the Drive Thru, Banana Split was amazing, Awesoms Portion as well.

This is the Clearwater store in gulf to bay and it is the one to go to! The cleanest most friendly store in Pinellas county a must even a little drive to get to it he's 100% with it

Usually good don't understand how though mistakes are made after it is explained 3 different times prior to making the order.

Ordered strawberry dipped cone. It was so bad I scrapped the shell off and ate the ice cream.

Went there today September 17,2022. We ordered a. Mini chocolate chip blizzard for our 4 year old. The young girl there was soooo miserable in life… absolutely NO customer service skills at all. What happen to friendly people these days? We get home and we didn’t even get the right blizzard she gave us a chocolate chip Cookie dough. Maybe she won’t be miserable her whole life, but man hire better people to work in your establishment. Happier people. Not depressed ones

Ordered 4 blizzards…they were basically all ice cream. What a waste…

The young lady at the drive-thru window with the nose piercing, seemed absolutely miserable, no customer service skills at all. Got home, and found the very cherry chip blizzard I ordered was vanilla with strawberries! Really?

The manager on shift for the night of 6/30/22 was the ideal image of great customer service when a mistake happens. I went through the drive through and ordered two blizzards with chocolate and another without chocolate and specified that I was allergic to chocolate and ordered something that normally does have chocolate and requested it to be omitted and said she could do it. My order was messed up and ended up having chocolate in it and I drove back and they had technically closed a few minutes beforehand but I knocked on the door and she remember taking my order once I explained what happened and immediately apologized and remade it correctly this time no questions.

Good treats we enjoy coming here, however their scanner NEVER works for the rewards which is a bummer makes you feel jipped out of rewards!
