5On one of the hottest days of the summer, this was the perfect compliment for me and my family!
Came here at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Attempted to open the door but locked. 2 employees inside could see us and started gesturing. Not sure what they were trying to convey. But we left, never to return.
Never open when I go! Was there tonight
Said it was open got there 6: 30 CLOSED!
Let's face it, ice cream is ice cream. However it helps when you have a crew that is polite, keeps the place clean, and enjoys their jobs. WELL DONE. Great service, great service, great ice cream, what more could you ask for!
Quite possibly the worst DQ I have been to. The staff is incompetent and apathetic to the customers, upon asking for a larger size I was informed Blizzards can only be made in a small size (excuse me but since WHEN?) also was told they do not accept, nor have they every accepted DQ giftcards which is a lie because I used one at this location multiple times. Apparently management needs to make an effort to train their employees. I understand help is difficult to find but perhaps hiring just anyone is not the best course of action when trying to run a successful business…
