Dairy Queen, Winter Haven FL

Once you get your Blizzard mix throughout, then another time, a little bit, on top and bottom. Then another time, I always order Xtra Large, and I get home and it's not even filled to the top? About 1 inch short? For what I pay for an Xtra Large, you would expect it to be filled up, for the money I pay for it.

Second time getting BAD service at this establishment slow & priced wrongly ordered hamburgers & fries got charged for bacon cheeseburgers then got told they don't sale only hamburgers. WOW Really

Store was super clean and serving looked like the picture on the menu. Staff was really friendly too.

We ordered a whole bunch of food and desserts from our closest Dairy Queen and the food was delicious and quickly out even though it was a huge order! Thank you all for your friendly and fast service tonight!

The only dairy queen that doesn't flip the blizzards up side down to honor the commercials that you see on TV because if they did I would have 10 free blizzards

Ice cream was great. I see good effort to keep clean. Better signage for menu items and updated menu. Drive thru had steady flow of cars.

I had the $5 lunch with my workmates. It was better than expected. Definitely worth the price. The burger was good, the fries were good and you get a small frozen dessert.

Let me just say this for $5 ($6 if u bump up to a small blizzard!) You can get lunch, a drink and an ice cream! They are practically giving it away! The staff are always friendly.the girls will joke with you.

Terrible drive thru service. 15 minutes waiting on Friday evening August 17th from 8: 15 to 8: 30.because the guy at the window had to have a conversation with his friend in car ahead of us. 4 cars waiting. Terrible customer service. No apologies for the wait.

Great soft serve and ice cream.not to mention the specialty desserts! The meal deal looks like a great idea!

I don't know how they do it, that place is very busy most of the time and they get the orders right. Great job with the small staff you've got.

We were presently surprised with their food, as we have never eaten any food products at this dairy queen, or any dairy queen for that matter.

Food was fresh and tasted pretty good. I mean come on, dairy queen is best known for their ice cream products. So we decided to try their burgers, and have to say we would order their food again.

Small but clean, Dairy Queen has tasty food and great ice cream options. I had the turkey salad with ranch dressing. It was a full dinner sized salad, and more like a club salad with the additional ham, bacon bits, and croutons. My husband helped me eat it. He had the chili hot dogs, which unfortunately later gave him heartburn (that may not have been the food's fault). We shared a turtle waffle bowl of ice cream which was delicious, and very large, more than enough for both of us.

Mainly go thru drive-thru these days. However, I used to eat inside here for many years. I've never seen the Owner/Mngr- except at a nearby Convenience Store. That's ok w/me. Gotta admit tho-I only go there for the $5 Special! Otherwise if they stop it-So will I!

Today it took a little longer at Dairy Queen's drive- thur, but It is Sunday and we didn't mind cause we knew their blizzards are Awesome.

I love stopping here for lunch, but when I asked if I could have half hot fudge and half peanut butter on my sundae that I get with my meal they said it would cost me an extra dollar. Really? I told her nevermind just give me all peanut butter instead. I don't see what was so hard to do half and half sauces on my sundae that it would cost me an extra dollar. Geez.

This place is nasty down here in my chicken the owner is racist said we don’t serve your kind here and then he’s quick to call the police on you for no reason do not eat here I also found a roach in my fries that’s why I’m giving one star the service was bad the food was bad don’t think I was good was the ice cream and they don’t make that so hope this helped have a great day

It was raining when we went, there was no shelter for the drive thru so we went inside. Overall it was ok.

Awesome! Great service and it is more than a treat store! They have chicken strip baskets! My only complaint would be that they didn't butter the Texas toast at all, but not a big deal. The ladies working we're super nice and they were patient when my daughter and I walked in and my daughter decided she didn't know what she wanted. Definitely worth our 30 minute drive. Will be visiting more often.
