Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Lutz FL

I bought 2 large Sundays with extra hot fudge and a medium blizzard plus 2 medium water for which I was charged $4 making the bill over $19. Treats tasted good but extra $2 for each glass of water as a super treat was confirmed standard procedure by the waitress.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with a young guy in the kitchen. The whole staff seemed on edge because of one guy. It was completely silent except for him. The entire time we were there he was complaining and running his mouth. When my salad was brought out the server looked at what he made and said, "Ya, that's not right. You need more salad. " My kids and I could hear him running his mouth about me wanting more salad in the dining room. I went up and let him know we could all hear him. He turned bright red as I called him out. I would just say it didn't appear there was an adult working at all and this kid was killing the morale of all the employees and customers.

My experience was basic. Fries, tenders and ice cream. People working there seem like they could use knowledge on what there doing, they are confident but not sure at the same time. Also completely unaware of there surroundings. It's not all bad! Oh and a tip.for anyone reading this if you get a burger there they always microwave it. You have to tell them don't boost it.no lie. Why that is I don't know.no boost. Seriously

We've been to this location several times but it would seem the management had changed. The dining room was dirty, floors sticky and the food was cold. The ice cream was even lower quality.

Came for lunch, and ordered 2 $6 1/3 double cheeseburger meals and got 2 cheese and bacons.nothing but bread, staff had an attitude because we asked for what we ordered. We ask if we get our sundaes later after we eat, well we ask for it and they had it in the freezer the whole time hot fudge and the Carmel were frozen.this was the 1st time we had terrible service here.any other time was fantastic.need a person to speak up too and pay attention more to the customers. Thank you.

Very dirty no clean tables.no one in dinning room except us girl refuse to wife tables her name is reece.food was cold

Inside is still closed. Drive thru packed and very hurried and sloppy with making orders. Rewards do not scan.

I always get the New York cheesecake blizzard. If you like cheesecake this is for you. I'm addicted.

If you like dust and chemicals in your food I watched an employee spray chemicals in the air and dusting above someone making food in the food prep line. I will never go to this location again.

I LOVE their ice cream. It is soft serve and so good. The staff is being so good, wearing masks, cleaning and making people feel safe during pandemic

Blizzards are not what they used to be. Few toppings that tasted stale or old. Flavor combos tha didnt make sense.

Always fast friendly accurate service. Yes they also hold my blizzards upside down! Love this place!

Had a double cheeseburger meal. The cheeseburger was the most tastless cheeseburger I have ever eaten. Huge disappointment.

This DQ donates all profit to help others in need. Veterans, homeless, children, and many others! I'll return here as often as I can! Great chili cheese dogs too! And, of course, Blizzards!

If I could rate no stars I would. Ordered a Unicorn cake. Other cakes that were displayed had the image on the cake itself. Picked up the cake today. It literally is a piece of, supposedly edible, paper.on the top of the cake and around the cake. Nothing like what was explained or what the others looked like.my 6 year old could've made a better cake. It looks sloppy and the pieces of "paper" were half on and half off. I paid almost 42$ for a BS cake! Never again! DO NOT GO HERE!

Ordered 2 small blizzards. Got to the window, the lady flipped them upside down. Both were very soupy and some came out of the cup and landed on my door handle. I asked for our blizzards to be re-made and they gave us another pair of soupy blizzards. This is the second time within the past couple months the blizzards have been like soup. Guess the machine wasn't getting cold enough.

It's DQ, hard to complain about them as everything I've had is good. Chicken strips with white gravy was a great surprise to be such a great combo. They occasionally mix up the orders though.
