We have been back to this dairy queen several times. We enjoy the staff and managers a lot. They take making sure you get your food in a fast and courteous way, seriously. They still have the best blizzards and ice cream but if you have a blizzard or drink or item with add ins or substitutions I would just double check they heard the order correctly. Our food is always good and hot and the blizzards are basically happiness in a cup.

Older: Dairy queen has the best blizzards and ice cream but this location often fails to give the customer what they actually ordered. The service was not bad at all but it was not friendly or helpful either. I'm fine with a neutral attitude and minimal talking but I dont think that's how dairy queen management wants them to behave. It was fine for what it was but getting what we actually ordered with a greeting and goodbye would have been a bit more enjoyable.

Real stingy on the toppings, and my order is wrong pretty often. This place is close so I keep coming back, only to be let down time after time. If God was real he'd fix this dairy queen.

I went through the drive- thru the cashier he was not friendly at all. He didn't even say Thank you or anything just told me what my total was and gave him extra money and he didn't once say ma'am you gave to much money. No he took it and closed the window and handed my food out the window like I said just rude and have know sense of customer service at all. I hope he wasn't a manager cause if he was he need to be retrained on how to greet customers. If he don't like his job maybe that's not the place for him. He didn't even give me a receipt for my food.

I absolutely love this place, but hate how high the prices are getting.they have great food and ice cream. My family and I come here about once or twice a year because of the prices but still we love it everytime

Cashier gave me incorrect size and flavor blizzard. Then hands me a blizzard that more than likely, had been sitting from an incorrect order. It was melted and wasn’t what I ordered. The cashier knew it wasn’t correct and insisted it was “blended “. Instead of correcting my order she continued to take orders. I patiently waited for her to get a manager. Manager questions me about the blizzard. No one is trying to get free items, I just want what I PAID FOR to be replaced and not to be served an item that had been previously made and sitting. Manager replaces my item with something else, after the cashier tried to charge me for another blizzard. I couldn’t eat the first one.

Food is always correct and FRESH! I’ve never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my food from there and they are very patient! By far the best fast food place on 14th street!

Just when to eat and the manager of the place disrespecting one of the employees especially a minor. 2 family jump on it because the mother of the girl came back and the manager was laing about what happened. So the 2 family jump on to call him a liar. That little punk is a POS disrespecting all 3 family but the puck don't get out of the store. This store got manager touching girls and sensual Harassing women in the job hour especially tha little punk manager of today.someone have to go there and close that store down like Cristal Burgers.is videos from the famili coming up soon.

Employees are always smiling and friendly! Food is how and quickly served. Restaurant is very clean!

Not one person working there spoke English. We had to point at pictures to place our order.

The food and ice cream is very good and the price is very acceptable, but when we go through the drive thru in the leesburg, florida location, they give you the items without a bag. I politely asked for a bag, and was given a slight attitude when i did. On another trip to the same location, i ordered ice cream through the drive thru, and i asked for a bag at the speaker, and when i pulled up, again no bag. I asked again for a bag, and was treated with a better attitude thankfully. On another trip, i asked for a sundae, with sprinkles and nuts, then i decided i did not want the nuts and again no bag, so i asked for one again. When i got home, i received a peanut butter sundae not what i asked for. I frequent this location much because the food and ice cream are good, but the attitudes of some of the employees are questionable. I have not spoke to the mananger yet, because if the attitudes i get for asking for a bag for my ice cream, and i am praying that these employees are trained and taught respect and great customer service. If they God forbid are going through some situations, may they be resolved by our Father.
