Hello I’m just glad I’m out of there
Equipment needs maintenance, trailer needs brakes adjustment I could have done it but why? They don’t pay you extra, besides time is precious 10 hours reset and when 70 hours is up time for a 34 reset, that’s something they don’t care even in the no driving zone they still want you to do a pickup
I never moved for anyone on a reset
That is something they don’t get in their peanut brain, I will never come back to such a discombobulated system no coordination dispatch ask a question that the manager knows
My wife is sick so I asked to see her one night that I was close, they said no,
so screw that they can keep their job, better opportunities are out there,

This company doesn’t care about their drivers or their safety. I stated my concerns multiple times with driving in hazardous weather and I was told since other other drivers had no issues then I shouldn’t either. This occurred after they sent an email telling drivers to practice professional judgment after 3 accidents occurred in 1 week. They charged late fees for loads that I told them in advance would be late due to poor planning from the dispatcher and bad weather conditions. They give multiple partial loads with tight deadlines and there is always a miscommunication between the broker and dispatcher and would leave the driver to rearrange the different loads at the pickup. Bryan and David have no regard for the driver experience and constantly dismiss feedback.
