Dale's Tire, Inc., Gainesville FL

We had a tire blow out on our travel trailer on our way from Tampa to Gainesville. I was able to put on the spare and we made it to Gainesville. The next morning I called some RV shops and they recommended me to Dales Tire Service which happened to be 2 miles from the RV park we were staying at. I called Dale and they had the tire in stock so I immediately drove over. Dale came out an asked if I wanted a better quality tire and explained why mine blew out. I went with the better tire and asked if I could bring the rig back the next day to replace the other tire (which was still the original). He said no problem, had my second tire waiting, installed on the rim and even put the spare back on the bumper. Super great place and staff. Highly recommend when in the Gainesville area.

WOW that’s all I can say when it comes to excellent customer service and knowledge of tires this place is the best to get tires done on your car truck suv tractor or semi and man you wanna talk about fast these guys work quicker than a cat with his tail on fire there’s a reason they’ve been in business so long it’s so amazing to watch them work sometimes I wanna go up there and set up a lawn chair in the parking lot and sit there from 8-4: 30 I can’t say enough about the great things this business is definitely will always go to Dales to get tires Matt and Anthony are always a hoot and make you feel very welcomed and homely love these guys

Blew a tire on our class A diesel pusher. Called several tire shops in the I-75 Gainesville area, nobody seemed to have our commercial tire available. Dales had it! And we were able to go right there on a Friday afternoon, and they got right to work almost before I had the RV in park. Made quick work of it and a great price, and we got on our way without too much time lost. Thanks Dales!

I had 4 new tires put on my 5th wheel trailer, the person jacked it up under the shackle/spring we told him the trailer is to heavy to use that to raise the trailer. (He did it anyway) I lowered the 6 hydraulic jacks to take off some of the weight.

We (RV transport team) made it 3 miles before the shackle/spring broke on the roadway, by this time Dales was closed. We replaced the spring and continued on our 4 hour journey thinking our bad luck was over.

We made it 2 hours and lost a tire on the other side of the trailer on Interstate 27 almost hitting another vehicle, the tire, rim, lugs (broke off) were missing!

I made contact with Dale (Owner) he advised me that he wasn’t going to do anything about the incident and hung up on me!

I came from out of town and hit a pothole and drove to the shop and had the best and welcoming experience in any tire shop I've ever visited. Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable. And offered me the best option to get my tire fixed and the service was fast and I'm grateful for their effort. Thank you to all the guys who's helped me, y'all are awesome!

We wanted to thank Matt and his team for helping us in our time of need. We had sent our Disaster Recovery teams to Florida to respond to the recent Hurricane that had caused flooding and damage to the area. One of our vehicles had a blowout after hours on their vehicle. Matt and his team immediately responded and had us back on the road. They were the real Heros for us that day. Thank you!

I would like to give a big shout out to the entire crew at Dales. I was sent to Dales by a service tech at a mechanic shop as I was told my RV tire had a leak in it. When I arrived they checked all my tires and found that they were all really low, but had no leaks. They filled them up for me, and sent me on my way with no charge, and no shenanigans. Having been told by someone else that there was a leak, I would have totally believed it if they'd told me it needed a 300 dollar repair. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful and as a woman, I appreciate not having mechanics BS me, when I am on the road. It's really refreshing and great dealing with honest, helpful people. 10/10 would recommend.

We blew out a tire on our Class A RV. They came to us quickly and made the job look easy. The technician was Great to work with. They were there fixing it before any of the other companies even called me back with a quote

Came in and got all tires changed. I left to get coffee, and when I came back they were done. Everyone was really nice:)

Matt was extremely proficient and very kind. Absolutely the kind of person i would want to show up in an unfortunate situation, he had us back on the road in no time. Would recommend Matt and Dale's Tire a hundred times over.
