If you want to be treated like trash, go to Daltile Keys Granite Stone & Slab Center. I had called earlier and a very polite and knowledgeable person responded. He knew exactly the color of tile I needed to replace for my late 50s reno bath tile project. He said come in and we will take care of you. I drove for 40 minutes to be greeted by a very loud and shrill voice from a desk off to the left - CAN I HELP YOU? ! A youngish looking 'cubanita pesada' woman (fillers do wonders) with a tight black pony tail about 5' 7" in heels. "We only sell to contractors! " I'm not sure what contractors are wearing these days but I'm sure I would pass. I told her about my phone call earlier and she replied "We only sell to contractors! " I am an artist, fabricator and furniture designer. My contractors are awesome but I would not have them pick my tiles. Once we established that my contractor could handle the purchase, I asked to see the color wheel for the specific tile I was there to purchase. I told her I didn't need too many so a box would be fine. "you have to buy 300 sq feet! " I know the box is 100 sq feet. I was being as polite as could be but her tone never changed. Maybe her hairless cat just died and if so, my deepest condolences. I have dealt with rude people but after 30 plus years in the industry, I have NEVER been treated so badly by a sales person. They are there to take my money. Maybe Conchita (didn't get her name) needs to trade places with the nice person on the phone. Some folks are just not equipped for customer service. Daltile Keys Granite Stone & Slab Center do yourselves a favor and get this woman away from any direct contact to human beings.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share that we had a truly positive experience with Luciano at Daltile. He was welcoming, so helpful, and very knowledgeable. He helped us make selections that will definitely help our newly remodeled home look beautiful. Great selections and seemingly unlimited options which they help you narrow down based on your preferences. Very reasonably priced especially for the high quality of materials. I would definitely recommend!

I visited many stone places looking to combine natural stone and quartz in a kitchen. Daltile Keys Granite has by far the largest selection of both and at competitive prices. They have many great looking stone options. Most importantly, Luciano, the new manager, has great customer service. He was super patient and guided me to make the right choices. He is very knowledgeable. His associate, Perla, was on top of the logistics to ensure timely delivery of my slabs. My kitchen came out astonishing. Thanks Luciano, Alexandra, and Perla! I’m coming back soon for stone and tiles for an outdoor kitchen and several bathrooms.

I was very impressed with our sales assistance mrs Maria Lopez. She was very professional and helpful. Her knowledge of stones was anazing.

The other reviews are confusing. We had an appointment and spent over an hour with Eva, who was unbelievably helpful, accommodating, and patient with us as we looked at slabs. Even after we'd made our decision, we asked if we could take a second look at one of our slabs, and she kindly took us back while we took pictures and talked about options. I'd recommend to anyone.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had a marble threshold in a size I couldn’t locate elsewhere. The manager is great.
