Dan Boule Lawn Sprinklers, Port Charlotte FL

This company went to my father in law home and with out ringing the doorbell went into the backyard and cut the lake feed pipe that we changed and had added a quick union and a backflow device in the pipe so that the water would not flow back after the sprinkler system ran. We had replaced the water pick end with a brand new one at a cost of $33.14 only to have his men cut the pipe and replace the pipe out into the lake with low grade sprinkler pipe which with the wind pushed south a cracked the low grade sprinkler pipe in several places so it would loose it's prime.
My father in law called them for like a month later after there work could not get the sprinkler system to work.
The owner Dan Boule told him that the sprinkler pump was no good and needs a new one. We went over a couple of weekends ago figured that it was the low grade water pick up he installed for we knew everything else was repaired. When we went to remove the stones and grass we use at the waters edge to expose the union so we could pull in the pipe. We realized that they cut the pipe glued on there LOW GRADE SPRINKLER PIPE THAT IS TO GO IN THE GROUND TO BE PROTECTED. For it is a cheap grade of pipe for it's thin wall.
We found out they STOLE everything that we had replaced about $100.00 in fittings, backflow valve and a union. For we thought it was the issue. My father in law called them explaining what we had done and replaced. Told Dan Boule that we had a leak somewhere in the yard. They did find the sprinkler pipe in the front yard that was crushed and fixed it. They charged him $300.00 and replaced what we had done we Schedule 40 pipe and fittings a new union and backflow and a water pickup. Primed the pump and the sprinkler system was up and running.

I would not use them for the neighbors told use today the 3 guys spent less than 10 minutes in the backyard and then left for it was starting to rain.
They steal your property that you paid for and probably use at another job

$75.00 An hr for estimate! This is not the normal there are at liest 5 co. I checked on line. They dont charge for their estimates! This Dan Boule co. It's not good to take advantage of our s.w. Seniors. Companies like this are untrusting! I cancelled their appointment. Found so many reputable companies. Stay clear of estimates are $75.00 an hr.

I wish all contractors were like this one. I requested an estimate one day it was in my door the next day. I accepted the quote as the best of three. Work commenced 2 days later. The men installing the system were considerate and professional. With very little input needed from me they did a terrific job. AT THE PRICE QUOTED. Here we are are 2 1/2 years later needing to replace a gunked up canal filter as expected. I called Dan Boulle and someone was sent to my house THAT DAY and completed the work before I got back from lunch! I got the bill the next day and all is good. If you need sprinklers this is the guy.

Dans crew installed a new irrigation system on a new construction house. We had many different contractors over doing work and these guys were one of the better crews we had out there. The quote I got from Dan was great and considerably less than some competitors. Dans crew did a great job and took the time to walk the property with me and make a few extra changes then what I was initially quoted for. Highly recommended.
