I was in desperate need of car insurance and was on a time crunch. I had called so many insurance company’s and wasn’t getting anywhere. I decided to try one last time and Emma Cavin answered the phone. She was a delight to work with, and understood my deadline and what we were dealing with. She went above and beyond to help us and worked really hard to get us to where and what we needed. If you need an agent, give Emma a call, she will help you out.

I am going to change my stars and rating because my favorite insurance agent is returning. If Carolina had not returned, my family and I would have changed to another insurance agency. Carolina Lanus is super professional, caring and knows how to understand her clients. I give her a 10 out of 10, thank you sir Dan cavin for bringing her back.

Today everything changed 7/28/2023 everything changed because when I entered and asked a logical question about my car insurance, the first thing that Marlene answered me was a very rude woman who apparently is the owner of the agency now she told me that doesn't exist shut up what you don't even have insurance here and go away that was his response after that he began to say things to me and disrespect me as a client and he laughed in my face to such a degree that I had to call him stupid to see if he would react that way but nothing kept telling me nonsense To the point that I had to leave the place, I had never had an experience of this type with such a rude woman who is paid to do her job, which she performs very poorly. My question was logical and I am insured with this insurance company for more than 8 years and she unknowingly offends me, she does not answer my questions, saying that this does not exist and that I am not her client, in that she is right because from today I will no longer be one because if I want to know about my coverage and this woman She responded with insults and the other workers were only watching the show that she had put on for me. Yes, I will no longer be her client because she said so and she disrespected me many times in a row as I mentioned before, then I will go to one where she will explain my policy to me.for sure without being shot down by an unprofessional woman I had never seen her in my life so I don't know if this person is bipolar or would be under some effect to say everything she said without knowing me. Something that if I can say that the real owner is a good and respectful person but she should not have a person like that working for her since she just lost 4 cars that were insured, be careful with this fierce person, she can make a bad day for you. Either I hope they fire her or the owner looks at the cameras and draws her conclusion if a person like that should work for an agency which held her in very good esteem until today due to rudeness and lack of professionalism I give this company a 0 today and the truth is that I will not return to where they voted me for not being a client for 8 years

The whole process went seamlessly and effortlessly. He made sure I had everything I needed and seemed genuinely pleased that I saved almost half of what Progressive has been charging me, I even got more coverage.

I dealt with Josh Aronson who is employed by State Farm and works in the ofice of Dan Cavin. Mr Aronson seemed very knowlegable and helpful when I purchased my villas insurance policy. He even found an additional discount on my auto insurance policy. Unfortunately, I wanted to change the policy due to an error on my part. A second policy was created and it caused a billing issue. Found out Josh was an intern. I should have been told this from the beginning. Would have been easier to keep the incorect policy for a short time and just modify the policy. Another rep Persephonie Winbley was very helpful in resolving the billing issue but it was time consuming and a bit of a pain.
