Danielle is my agent and has been for many years. She is incredibly knowledgeable with not just auto insurance but also life insurance. She thoroughly explained how important it is to have as much life insurance as possible at a young age before the rates go up. I would call her a life saver because I would never have known this if it wasn't for her expertise. I am proud to be part of the neighborhood!

I have been with State Farm for 30 years and I have never been disappointed. We moved here from Illinois 2 years ago and switched everything over to Dan Odom's office. Danielle made things so easy, did everything over the phone and through email.
Just had a new house built and State Farm is who I feel comfortable insuring my home. They are a little pricey but I think you get what you pay for in home owners insurance in Florida.

I have been a client for 20-yrs for my auto and home owners insurance. Through the years, I have received nothing short of outstanding service from their staff. Danielle, in particular, has always been extremely consistent, very helpful, courteous, professional and most importantly.prompt! Same experience when I've made a claim, that was processed by another part of State Farm. I highly recommend them.

Worst customer service, fraud and fake people. These people speak rude to customers and I would given a zero rating if it is possible.

I have been with Dan Odom and staff since 2006. I have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and follow up. Highly recommend for all your insurance needs.

Been with State Farm since 1980 as a customer and employee in claims and/or agency. Needless to say, I am very familiar with the process. Stopped at agent Odon office to get coverage on a new car! See about switching agents (since I recently moved within the state). Spoke with Linda who seemed to indicate there was no problem. Said I could pick up the car and would automatically have coverage according to fla.law for 14 days. I explained I wanted to resolve everything since I was going out of town for a few days. She seemed to imply she understood. She said get the car and on Monday we can complete the process. Needless to say Monday comes, I call her and leave three messages. She NEVER called back. I sent her an email and waited for response. After two hours I called and she seemed disinterested and disengaged and non caring. Here it was 3 pm and every thing here closes at 5 pm, which would put me in a bind. She didn't care. After I told her to forget about it she responds via email in a half hearted way. I am glad I read this reviews since I will NOT be using Don Odom SF Agency for anything because of her. Besides I was a little insulted when after speaking to the receptionist for a few minutes, she asked me if I wanted a Spanish speaking person. That was so uncalled for since There was no issue in communicating with her. I do not have an accent? What's up with that presumptuous question? Hmmmm.smh.

This place is absolutely horrible far as customer service. They are rude, disrespectful, incompetent and not to mention, not the smartest agents. Not once, not twice, not even three or four times, but literally 5 times had to tell the agent how to spell my son's middle name for life insurance purposes, got my address wrong twice, and got my billing wrong. I was at a zero balance per an agent, and the following month, I was billed for 2 months. They DID NOTHING to fix it, and were assholes about it when I confronted them about their mistake. Jon, what a huge dousche, and Danielle her attitude sucks and think she is 100% correct at all times. They have absolutely no customer service and they don't bother listening to your concerns. So, I took it upon myself to switch offices. STAY AWAY from this 192 location (Dan Odom) office!
