I cannot adequately express the wonderful experience I have had with Dr. Dana Goldberg and her staff. In August 2021 and January 2023 respectively, I underwent two hair transplant procedures. From the initial appointment through to the post-operative care, they have been nothing short of outstanding. Both the pre-operative appointment and procedure day environment were highly accommodating and friendly. Most impressively, the results have been exactly as promised and have had an enormous, life-changing impact. The actual procedure itself was performed in a supportive and comfortable manner by Katie and her team.

Dr Goldberg and her staff are compassionate, caring and professional women. My husband and I have had a multitude of services including: botox, filler, lasers, PRP and I've also had a tummy tuck. Starting with Jennifer and Angie at the front desk, and then treatments by Katie, Trudy and Stephanie we both feel confident we are in the right place! Dr Goldberg and her OR staff were kind and made me feel comfortable before and after my surgery. There is no better place to take care of your needs than Dr. Goldberg's office.

I have been going to Dr. Goldberg’s office for several years now and have always had top notch service and customized treatments specific to my individual needs. Katie is fantastic with Botox and Dysport. Stephanie is highly knowledgeable of lasers and has helped calm my rosacea and brighten my complexion. Both are experts on skincare, which is much needed in this South Florida sunny weather. As Father Time marches on, these ladies have really helped me maintain a more youthful and bright appearance. I definitely recommend anyone to call their friendly staff and book an appointment today!

A WARNING TO ALL. READ THIS BEFORE THEY TRY TO REMOVE IT:

I went in for a consultation because I wanted to get a NeoGraft hair transplant. I explained that I needed clearance from my doctor before I could proceed with the NeoGraft hair transplant; however, they still insisted on charging me a $500 deposit. This was the first red flag. Any doctor looking out for you would NOT charge you when you aren’t even cleared by your primary doctor for the medical procedure yet. I was naive, so I went ahead and paid the deposit.

Here’s the next red flag. I went in a second time for my pre-operation appointment. During this appointment, I figured out that this guy named “Omar” would be doing my hair transplant, but the problem is that I never even met Omar. Is he even a doctor? I was never told.

The guy named Omar who is supposed to do my hair transplant never even looked at my scalp in person to see what my hair transplant would entail. I don’t even know if he has medical credentials. I was told he was just a NeoGraft “expert”. For all I know “Omar” could be the janitor.

After learning that “Omar” was doing my procedure (without even meeting me) and that my doctor did not approve of the medical procedure, I decided to cancel. I didn’t like the fact that they never mentioned who Omar was specifically and what his medical credentials were. I thought this was shady, so I decided to dispute the deposit charge on my credit card since they refused to give me my money back even after I had a medical reason.

After disputing the charge, I learned that they submitted ALL my medications, medical history and conditions to my credit card company as supporting documents for the dispute. I believe this was intentional because the first round of documents they submitted had my medical information redacted. As a result, I filed a complaint with the OCR for a HIPAA violation.

Dr Goldberg is worth every single penny and more! From her work kindness and attention to what matters to her patients results AND comfort, her team, omg Madeline my nurse just a sweetheart that is there for all my questions and concerns, her Anesthesia and OR team what talented kind women, Melissa the coordinator, the front desk girls, AND THE RESULTS, kudos to an all female business that's such a wonderfully run place by women for women! I'm so grateful

The office staff was extremely professional and scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. Katie was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable selecting what would be best.

This team is hands down, kind, gentle, sweet, caring. I lost 126lbs. And needed to remove the skin hanging off of me. I was petrified the moment I stepped into the office, Melissa (coordinator) walked me in sat me down and said you're in the best hands. I began to cry and she sat beside me with tissue in hand and said it's going to be ok you're with the best. She was right. The staff, in OR was gentle sweet and caring. The best was DR GOLDBERG herself stood beside me held my hand gently touched my arm and said your going to be ok I'm right here take a deep breath and soon you'll be awake. She never left my side. The Nurse that put me to sleep was AMAZING funny and kind as well. I honestly could have not been more comfortable going through this process. There are not enough words to say about the entire staff from start to end. And. Dr. GOLDBERGS nurse is beside you from start to end and really does call back even after hours. THEY CARE! I had my very first experience getting botox at Dr Goldberg's practice, and I couldn't be happier with the results and the overall experience. I was fortunate enough to have Jessica to guide me through the whole process; not only was she compassionate and caring when it came to calming my nerves, but she was extremely patient and detailed while answering all of my questions. Besides Jessica proving an outstanding service the office itself has a very immaculate and welcoming atmosphere, from the moment I stepped into the building I was greeted with a friendly and helpful smile.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve gotten my breast reduction surgery and I still can say I am so pleased with the outcome. The office was beautiful, clean, and organized. As soon as you walk in, everyone is extremely welcoming. Dr. Goldberg is an amazing surgeon and her staff were the sweetest and most professional people I’ve ever met.
