Excellent place, very good attention if you need it, the machines are new and modern, they work with coins or cards and if they don't have coins, they have a change dispenser. Excellent!

Whoever the attendant is he is really welcoming. I watched him speak and greet everyone as the enter and exit. The facility is clean as well washers are efficient. Nobody asked me to leave this review it was just heartwarming to receive genuine friendly customer service

I've been here a quite a few times and like the prices, quality machines, the hours. I've seen a few different employees since coming here and took notice of one in particular. I believe her name was Jenn, she was always either helping a customer, cleaning, or folding clothes. I was impressed. Very nice lady. She gives the place 5 stars
This business will decline without her here, customer service is more important than you think.

I came here for the first time, to check it out, and was very pleased with the service from the employee Jennifer, she was very helpful and seemed to be making sure everything was clean and tidy. Was very impressed and as long as the rest of the employees are half as good as her. I'll be back

Have been doing my laundry here for a few years. The machines are good and I like that there are a few different sizes. The atmosphere is chill and Sarah was super helpful in getting me set up with the quarterless swipe card.

My first time here, 40 pounds of laundry and was amazing. I was going another laundry close to the house, just terrible. I prefer drive 15 minutes and get this quality of service.

After losing most of our clothes in the recent flood, we had to find a place away from the chaos & craziness. This was such a find for 2 lifelong Natives!

I like this laundromat. It takes credit I'd you are short on change. The employees are kind and will hold something if you leave it behind like I did.

The cleanest laundry mat I've been too along with excellent customer service provided by Sarah always cheerful and helpful.

Had a really bad experience, I took in a new white jumper from Scotch&Soda and it came back Blue They offered to put it through the wash, but then it came out grey with a stain on. The owner refused to help me in any shape way or form and said brought the jumper in with a stain on. Be careful they will damage you’re laundry and give you terrible customer service.
I am a regular traveler and this is the worst laundromat I have ever came across.

Very clean all the machines work and if you need help there is always someone there to help.

Nobody likes doing laundry. However this establishment is the cleanest in the area.
They offer a variety of machines which vary in size.
Also a BIG plus is that I do not have to use coins (although available) I can just tap my Debit card.
Lately, I have been using the 'Drop off' Service.
The attendants are very nice and Hard workers.
Please don't 'Burn them out' because you are unable to find decent help.
Tina and Shelly are Hard workers and should be compensated well for their loyalty to your business.
For without Good help, your business will decline.
PAY THESE WOMEN, AND PLEASE DON'T BURN THEM OUT.
