Danielle is fine; she is thorough. The RiverChase office where I see her, is a disaster, and they are completely unhelpful. Plan to wait a long time with no explanation of the delays. My husband had made a future appointment to see Danielle, on my recommendation, and after the debacle of yesterday's appointment (he was at the office with me), he canceled his appointment and said no way would he go there. I doubt I return. And trust me, they won't even notice there in Gladiolus office, nor will they care.

Danielle is a through and excellent professional. She makes having dermatology visits comfortable, which is a must here in Florida.

Ms Bakalar answered all my questions, explained what was and will happen and at the same time being professional.

So empathetic to my condition and very detailed in the treatment I appreciate the caring and detail provided by Danielle!
