Dr. Danna has been caring for me for over 20 years; she's my Rock Star! Would love to give 5 stars but the front desk employees are so rude and condescending. I have complained but they are still there and nothing has changed. At least they're consistent. Especially the girl that sits on the right at the window! So tired of it!

I have been going to Dr. Danna for nearly 20 years. She helped me through my pregnancy and several difficult medical issues. She is always efficient, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. She can be very straight forward, which may come off as cold to some people, but I appreciate it. I will agree that her office staff leaves a lot to be desired (not the nurses, but the front office people), but that doesn't change my five star rating. I generally have a lot of difficulty staying with any one doctor for a long time because of attitudes. 20 years is by far the longest time I've ever stayed with one doctor.

I've been seeing Dr Penny as my obgyn for close to 4+ years now. I am satisfied with her, I am comfortable with her, and I will continue with her as my doctor until I'm forced to get a new one.

Edit-Ive now been seeing DrDanna for 15 years. And I'm on baby #2.

Unfortunately the front desk staff at this office is horrible rude and unhelpful. 2 o’clock wednesday Receptionist Jenny hung up on me mid scentence
When I called back she had an attitude and tried to pretend like it wasn’t her and wouldn’t acknowledge the call was even dropped. Asked to speak to someone else she told me absolutely no one was available. She then told me she’d transfer me to a voicemail system where I waited for 5 minutes while the phone continuously rang. I hung up and called back and no one is answering the phone at all for another 5 minutes. Now they will not answer the phone at all. After reading the reviews for this place I am glad I didn’t make an appointment with them as the reviews for the doctor are bad too. If you are treated poorly before you even step in the door your best bet is to just do yourself a favor and find a better office.

Went in for an iud consultation ended up not choosing that option because hair loss is a common side effect, and I’ve experienced hair loss in the past from birth control pills. I asked for a birth control that wouldn’t contribute to hair loss and I was prescribed loloestrin. After further research I found that norethindrone, the progesterone, is high on the androgenic index which is the main contributing factor to hair loss for those on birth control. Anyways, she didn’t take into account my biggest concern when choosing a pill. Thankfully I only took 2 days of the pill before conducting research. This should not have been prescribed to me given my concerns/health history, there are other pills with progesterones lower on the androgenic index that could have been prescribed. She kept pushing yaz but it had been recalled so many times I didn’t feel comfortable. I called and asked about prescribing a different pill and she tried to push yaz again. I asked about Desogen (desogestrel) as I had read it is a good option for those concerned about hair loss and she didn’t know what it was. I cannot trust this doctor.always do your research!

I have put my trust in this Doctor for years. I thought if I built a long lasting loyal relationship I would receive a warm personal relationship but not so. I have seen Dr. Danna for over 15 so years and to my disappointment after all my time invested she fell very short to my expectations. My last menstrual period was almost 3 years ago and after the first year I approached the menopause subject and she cut me short, the second year she told me casually, "your not in menopause", this last visit she asked me, "are you taking hormones". What the hell! I am thankfully very healthy for my age but to not any guidance from my Doctor during menopause is extremely sad. There are other issues she has neglected that are personal and she neglected. Do not put your trust in someone that will not remember you.

Dr. Penny is super nice she addresses all your concerns and took her time with me. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Highly recommend!

Dr. Danna is efficient with her time without sacrificing individualized patient care. She's compassionate and has helped me care for my whole self when presenting symptoms that needed another office's specialty.
Finding a provider you trust can be difficult. For me, Dr. Danna and her office have earned it.

I saw her twice (first appointment and return appointment). She seemed very knowledgeable. However, she was very cold. No bedside manners at all. I also think she forgot me in the room after the assistant checked my vitals when I came for the second appointment. I was in the closed door room for about 30 minutes waiting. I finally went out of the room with the excuse that I needed to go to the restroom. When I opened the door to the hallway, she was in her station and she seemed surprised to see me. Maybe her assistant forgot to tell her that I was waiting in the room. When I came back from the restroom, she said she was ready to see me. I also did not like that she did not remember the details of my case/who I was when I came to the return appointment about 15 days after the first appointment. She could have glanced at my medical history a few minutes before seeing me. However, by the questions she asked during the return appointment, she indicated that she had not reviewed my medical history or her own notes from the first appointment.

Kept my baby safe my whole pregnancy and found issues quickly and resolved them quickly! Probably drove her crazy the whole time asking so many questions but I have a healthy baby boy so I am very happy with my care.

I was sent to this doctors office because my original doctor wasn’t in the office. I’m 37 weeks pregnant & the doctor comes into the room i’m in doesn’t introduce herself doesn’t ask me how I’ve been feeling.just tells me to get on the table so she can measure me. Then tells me to wait so i can go take my non stress test. She has horrible bedside manner. This is not the first time I’ve been to this office. Another time i came to get an ultrasound i was a few minutes late i asked the tech can i use the restroom really fast then she says “you’re already late let’s go” i was so upset. I will never come to this office again and i will make sure I’ll let my original doctor know.

I strongly recommend not to waste your time with this doctor. She does not show confidence to the patient. I expected a lot of patience and tips/concerns from her bit could not find any. She does not tell anything straight forward. Recommends too many appointments for no reason and finally brings up that everything is fine. Usually old age doctors are more experienced and knowledgeable but she is not. I changed my doctor now.

I was very happy with my first visit. They took me back exactly at my appointment time. That's a huge plus for me. The doctor was quick but thorough. She gave me time to think about anything I'd need to ask. I felt listened to and respected.

Dr. Danna and her office staff are amazing. I decided to change doctors after 25 years due to lack of communication and am very pleased with Dr. Danna. I appreciate that she takes the time to answer any questions.

I've recommended several co-workers here.

Dr. Danna is a good doctor but she overcharges. An easy appointment that my previous doctor would address in one visit will be stretched out by Dr. Danna and she will book 1 office visit into several appointments just to double charge.

I spoke to my insurance provider and they told me that it's unnecessary and to find a new provider.

The office staff is lazy, rude and have no business working in a medical office! I will get 3 calls a day from 3 different people for the entire week before a scheduled appointment to confirm an already confirmed scheduling. I have waited in the lobby anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for my paperwork to be processed before I'm called back to see the doctor.

I thought it was just be but my co-workers have voiced the same issues.

1 Star is too much for this woman. My mother went to her for guidance and support because she had been experiencing some issues. The issue at hand was very stressful for her and the family. Dr Danna was incredibly abrasive and cold with her approach right from the start. She tells my mother that she needs a hysterectomy procedure and it’s the ONLY option that’ll ever work for her. She needs her surgical fees paid up front of $6000, she does not accept payment plans because her patients “just don’t pay her. ” This is all said in one breath. My mother left the office with no answers (she didn’t explain anything), crying because of the result and how she was treated. We took our business elsewhere, where we found a doctor who EXPLAINS, has compassion and a bedside manner with their patients. My mother DID NOT have a hysterectomy. She had a much less extreme procedure and she’s doing great. Moral of the story: go find a doctor who will treat you like a human being, and isn’t in the business solely for the money.

I have been a patient with Dr Danna for over 20 years, she is very patient and concerned with her patients. She takes the time to discuss options. I just wish her nurses used manual blood pressure monitors instead of the machine.

Dr Danna is smart and professional. She has delivered both of my children and I️ will be at her practice for as long as she is. Thank you for everything over the years.

If I could less than 1 star I would. Cant make appts correctly. Dr can predict the future on emergencies. Staff has no idea what they are doing. Wants multiple appts just so the office can milk the insurance and patient. Stay far away.
