Danny's Septic Services, Lake Worth Beach FL

Very unprofessional! We are currently having an issue with our septic tank (poor flushing and gurgling noises) so we reached out to Danny's Septic Service, a service we have used in the past as recently as February of this year. We were luckily able to set an appointment for this upcoming Wednesday. Because we had our tank drained earlier this year, we called back to ask questions like why would it be necessary to have our tank drained again in such a short period of time, what can we do better moving forward to minimize the number of times this service has to been done? It’s unfortunate that the person who answered the phone was condescending and very unhelpful, and had the audacity to google search our property and mention the number of vehicles in our driveway, questioned how much tissue/soap/lotion/conditioner used, how often we have guest visit. Then I suppose the “manager” got on the phone and was rude and unprofessional then she had the nerve to say we were being snippy by asking too many questions regarding a service we will be eventually paying for, then she informed us that she would just cancel our appointment because they had already been of the phone with us too long. We had used this company 2 previous times before and this would have been the third.
We were fortunate enough to have another company coming out tomorrow morning to determine the exact nature of the problem with our septic tank and answer any questions we have regarding future maintenance and or if a plumber is required.

I said I would post a review and was told to go ahead, so here it is. After reading other reviews, I am also questioning the quality of service I already paid for. We will never recommend them to anyone.

Honest company, does great work. A+ front office staff too. They did a septic field for my grandma and now I use them at my own house when I need something. I won't call anyone else.

Got our tank pumped in November this week noticed a hole in the ground above the lid. Called to get an idea of what it could be and got offered to send a truck out to pump it again or service call another 295$ was told it was normal to have a hole because of it was back flowing outside? And may need to be pumped again *not even two months*. I said okay but went ahead and doug up found a 6in hole in the tank lid. Where the cap could have gone no idea? The staff is extremely nice, prompt and The price for the pump was fantastic. Just make sure you take a look at everything before they cover up the hole. I won’t be using them again but it could have just been an off day.
If they would have sent out a small truck to see what the issue was or asked for pictures before saying it’d be another 295 to see if it was their mess up or my systems.if it was my systems I would have paid it but I don’t believe it was. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 star review. The pictures are the hole I found then the lid with the cap missing after I uncovered the lid.

Arrived on time and got right to work. Identified the problem right away. Pumped out the septic tank and called in to have a crew come to replace the broken pipe to the drain field. Efficient, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! About a week ago, I called this company, as I had used them before, I received a price quoted ($295 for 1000 gal.), date certain 1/2/23, and a time frame of their arrival (8am - 12 pm, I think). I have written notes on the conversation for said appointment, and had it calendared on my Celli. Was traveling on 12/28/22; therefore, called the night before to set-up payment with my credit card which was accepted by the night service person. Next morning, received a call telling me that no such appointment was made with the clerk, (whose name I had in my written notes and calendar). Both the person from the previous night and the individual with whom I had set-up the appointment started talking over me and I had to do same. I told them that instead of arguing with me, we could remedy the problem (reschedule). The woman kept denying that she didn’t gave me an appointment date and time and told me to go to another company. Both of these women were STUCK on such a small issue, they wanted to be RIGHT, and refused to take responsibility for the error. It’s not like I need them to admit that they made an error or forgot to schedule the appointment, all I needed was to get my tank emptied. If they were professional and had negotiation skills, one of them would have interrupted and suggested that we reschedule. Perhaps they do not need the business. They are as foul as the poop they pump! Anyway, I immediately called a company I had used before (RR), a little more money, but prompt service as they will be servicing in the morning. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DANNY’s SEPTIC COMPANY AGAIN.

Mouthy woman named Nikki that works there isn’t helping the business. Maybe without her mouth would’ve rated differently. Seems to also be racist also. Might want to put this woman to work in the field so she’ll keep her mouth shut

Was maintenance septic pump out. Mark was great, didn’t try to over sell. Definitely using again.
