The customer service I received today was impeccable and greatly appreciated. Lisa was very knowledgeable and was patient enough to share her expertise with with me so I could make an educated choice regarding my son’s Christmas gift. I will definitely return to Daoud’s.

The store deserves a five star review for how secure it is for how clean it is and for how gorgeous it is
but that’s not why I’m giving this review.

I came in a week ago to have a Watch battery installed and a new strap for my mothers birthday. I explained to the lovely woman behind the counter that my mother had cancer and was undergoing chemo and I thought the watch with a pink strap would cheer her up.

I came in today and that beautiful woman whose name is escaping me told me that there was no charge that she had also had an experience with her mother in chemotherapy and that it was her pleasure to take care of the watch as a gift for my mother.

Thank you to that beautiful woman and her kind soul! I will never buy Jewlery from anyone else … you touched my heart. Thank you…. I really felt the love!

I loved the work done on my earrings, adding safety posts. Lisa was amazing and so friendly. The four stars is because I handed my previous appraisals for my rings to the man and he literally yells oh my gosh that's too high! I was mortified. There were 2 women and a man sitting at the desk right next to us. I said geez I don't know if I should be insulted or what. He said these rings aren't worth this. Wow. I picked Doud's thinking it would be the best due to where it was and its age. Obviously someone is used to the very wealthy passing through those doors. Can't say customer service is the greatest seeing how I don't fit the stereotype in my shorts and sandals and my cheap jewelry.

Even after moving from Coral Springs, Florida to Virginia several years ago, I continue to patronize Daoud’s Jewelery in Ft. Luderdale, Florida. Buying quality jewelry at fair prices requires confidence and trust in the seller. Whether or not I end up making a purchase, Patrick Daoud has consistently provided excellent advice and has gone above and beyond to find exactly what I want. I trust his judgement and appreciate his knowledge, expertise and experience.

Although my husband and I only stopped in to have a watched sized, they were extremely welcoming and did indeed have the watch sized in a short amount of time. The small fee charged gets donated to a charity as well! Thank you Anna!

Whether you're getting a battery changed or purchasing fine jewels, Daoud treats you like gold. Their assortment is incredible. I'd highly recommend them for any jewelry needs.

Great experience every time I go. Wonderful selection of jewelry and pre-owned watches. I had mine repaired this time around, top notch.

I went to the store to sell a few items and possibly buy something as well and I had an associate in the store help me and I would totally 100% recommend her to anyone that wants the same professionalism, friendly and pleasant and a very high trust factoring experience to work with
