Darbster, West Palm Beach FL

Been coming here for years, I couldn’t have spoken more highly of this place. I believe they changed ownership and the food is so different, fries are soo oily, doesn’t taste the same, makes me feel sick after I eat it. So sad because I loved this place. I refuse to believe it’s no longer good but my friends don’t want to give it another chance.

Darbsters is my happy place. Such a charming hidden gem! All vegan menu, dog friendly, great ambiance. Their brunch is my favorite- it's taking a break for the summer but it will be back in season

THEEE BEST VEGAN RESTAURANT IN PALM BEACH! THe details and amount of effort they put into creating such amazing dishes. Full of creative options for vegans of any size and shape. I thank you Darbsters for pleasing my pallet and I’m not gonna lie I don’t come on here and write reviews for just any place. This review was totally from the heart because I want everyone to experience such greatness. Chill vibes when you walk in always. I thank you all for your patience and dedication put into making this restaurant a wonderful experience! Bravo

So. My Vegan daughter likes this restaurant, so it’s a shame we won’t be using it again. I drove there and placed an order to include brownie ‘Al a mode’. I picked up the order, and drove home to find the ‘Al a mode’ missing. That’s ok, mistakes happen, but when I called the lady I spoke to was pretty much blaming me for not waiting for her to go and fetch the ‘Al a mode’ because it wasn’t with the rest of the order, labelled and waiting for me. I told her that the lady I spoke to when I picked up my order didn’t mention having to wait whilst the ‘Al a mode’ was fetched. She then said ‘that was me’? So, clearly my fault for not being a mind reader, hence the lack of apology and/ offer of adding it free next time, or crediting it, or anything that would rectify my ‘lack of mind reading’ abilities

We shall not be eating there again needless to say.

Yes, it's for the animals. I keep that in mind.

Ultimately, it's not My kind of food. I appreciate what they do for the animals but not for the meal.

Not sure I'd come back but who knows. I'd most likely just have a salad on My own & donate to animal shelters directly.

Well if I've come up from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach more than once to do this I must think the place is fabulous, yes I do

Great date night! Awesome Vegan dishes! Our server Andrew was amazing in his suggestions! Onion rings, greek salad, Wellington, and Tres Leches! They were tough decisions with that amazing menu! So quaint too! Indoor and outdoor seating too!

Highly recommend stopping here for brunch or dinner if you’re in West Palm Beach area. The food is delicious, relaxing environment and excellent service.

We love this place! We keep trying new things and enjoy them all! The service is great and the outside seating ambience is amazing! Always have an incredible evening here!

The philly cheesesteak was delicious. Enjoyed my meal & visit. Great meal served with good customer service. Will definitely revisit again if I travel to West Palm in the near future.

This place is a gem. Lovely atmosphere, great service, food is delicious, kids friendly, super nice staff, fair prices with great portions. Came here for mother's day with my little ones and they loved the food which means I was able to eat peacefully as well. The nachos appetizer is AMAZING. We also had the eggplant scallops and the wellington. Everything incredible. To finish we got the tres leches and I was in heaven after 6 years without eating one. Will be back soon for sure.

Wow what a wonderful surprise. Everything was really good. Obviously the Beet tar tar was not like beef tar tar, but excellent in its own right. They were out of a few items but other that that 5 stars.

I thought I grabbed a menu but it must have been something else but the place is vegan and I would like to try some of the food The Root Beer soda was awesome

Love, love, love this place. We usually go for lunch. Which has always been wonderful. This time we happened to be in the area for dinner time and decided to try their evening menu. It did not disappoint. We had the BBQ sliders as an app (highly recommend), eggplant sliders (amazing), and wellington. Out dessert was tres leches. Service was great and atmosphere chill. They do have a 2 for 1 happy hour. My husband enjoyed a nice chilled IPA & I had an iced spiced Chai tea. Great dinner experience!

Added note: we happened to get a seat, but it was suggested to make a reservation as they tend to get busy

Darbster is surreal! Try their salads, try their pasta, try their tea, and most importantly try their hummingbird cake!

I'm not sure how they make that hummingbird cake but it's insanely good! 10/10

We enjoyed our time at Darbster! The atmosphere was great, our server was wonderful and the food was top notch! You could tell it was made with care.
