Darlene's Hair Hut, North Fort Myers FL

Just started getting my acrylic nails done there by Zee and love her and my nails. Today was my second visit and I got a fill with glitter fade (ombre). The salon is small but cute and staff is friendly.

Love the services I receive at both the old and new locations. Current location is very inviting. Darlene does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this salon.

Called several times only to get voice mail to set up an appointment with my desired person, being a new client I didn't know who to pick so I wanted to speak to someone. Messaged them on fb and I was told to call lol I gave up and made an appointment down the road at Jenny Tames manes where a person actually answered the phone (on the first try) and had a great experience.

I had Darlene cut my hair and she did a beautiful job of feathering and layering my hair then she suggested a treatment to bring my highlights out look totally awesome when she got done I also had a pedicure done while I was there yes I'm a man and I did a beauty treatment everybody there has absolutely fantastic thank you highly recommended

Went into salon today to book an appointment (new client) no one said hello, welcome be right with you. Stood there for almost 5 minutes and nothing. Nail tech not even 5 feet away from me looked and nothing.direct view of a stylist at her chair… nope too busy staring at her phone behind her client.
I can understand if there was no way to know someone walks in but there’s a door chime.not a great start in new location.word of mouth is a strong advertisement, if this is how they treat new clients they won’t be there long.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional! Darlene did an amazing job on my hair it’s so beautiful, and they have a new piece of equipment she used called a halo which speeds up processing time, cut my time in half. Great salon great people I found my new place!

Four years ago I walked away from Darlene's due to a misunderstanding I could have handled differently. It was a difficult time in my life after two major tragedies. During the 4 years I tried other salons and while I did receive some good haircuts, the environments didn't feel like "home". When I asked my stylist, Rachelle if I could return to her, she warmly accepted me back. When I walked into the salon, it felt like "home". The stylists are professional, warm, and skilled in their art. They can with ease cover for each other if necessary. It feels so good to be back with them.

Darlene did my hair today. She did a beautiful job on my hair color etc. This is a lovely place. Kim B. Maloney. My mothers hair was also beautiful.

I have been to Darlene’s Hair Hut a few times and always found it to be a very professional and friendly place.

My hair has been colored and styled always to my satisfaction.

I definitely will be going back again.

I asked for a “trim” and showed Darlene 2 pictures of how I wanted my hair to look, she asked me if I wanted to keep my length and I advised her “yes”. She proceeded to “cut” my hair, when I finally looked at what she did, because I wear glasses and could not tell what she was doing. My hair was 6” shorter and the style was nothing even close to what I asked for. Darlene is the worst hairdresser/stylist I have ever been too in my life. I am desperately looking for hair extensions because I have a wedding in November. Which is why I had my hair trimmed in the first place. If you want a butcher job go to this place. She is by far the worst. Time to retire when you can’t do what your clients ask you to do.

Darlene is wonderful! She does a great job, no matter what you need done.and she schedules appointments quick
