Darwin Family Dental Care, Port St. Lucie FL

If I could give no stars I would. I chose this dental center based on the reviews, but I only received terrible service. The first appt was rescheduled because they didn't have time to review my x rays from my old dentist (I had a full set done there). Darwin wanted to do more x rays. The second appt (2 weeks later) they still wanted to do more x rays. Because they said they didn't have them after the lady at the front desk said they had them. And I again refused. But the tech wanted to take a few just to get started with the cleaning. Seems like this dental center only wants to charge the insurance company. I walked out and will take my business elsewhere.

Darwin dentistry tried to bait and switch me. But I did not fall for it. I will report you people.

I must say that my experience at Darwin Family Dental care was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady in particular Sarah who made me very comfortable and assuring. She was quite pleasant and took the time to explain the procedures which I really appreciate. Everyone wad very polite and friendly. I will definitely refer other patients to your practice.

Best Dental experience I've had from start to finish. The staff were very professional and lively. The hygienist did and excellent job cleaning my teeth. The Dentist uses state of the art equipment she very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of various procedures. I'm telling all my family and friends about my experience today. See you soon! The staff was very polite and nice, especially the person that was serving me. Excellent. Also they explain the procedure that they was doing.

I was professionally taken care of, Dr. Mackenzie was very informative as well as Sarah who did my cleaning was very clear with instructions and really calming. I have been to a few dentist offices trying to find a good fit and this is the place. All the other dentist offices always try to force more things on me than I need. I just want a cleaning every 6 months and to be left alone and this place does just that which i am very happy about.

Worst dental office ever, they wasted my time having me set my appointment for a cleaning had me do a bunch of extra stuff when I got there then told me they are not able to clean my teeth because another patient is there

Worst experience ever take advantage of patient they don’t know what they are doing.receptionist or assistant the charge me for full cleaning they only did have.when I when to my second appointment for the remaining work already paid $186 they want to keep charging $305 plus what my insurance paid so between insurance and out of pocket for a cleaning is over $700 or 800 hundred dollars all they care is for money not for the patient like the said

I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile and had terrible jaw pain. I was seen quickly and given a comprehensive exam as well as a diagnosis for the jaw pain I was experiencing that resulted in an immediate extraction. Peggy was kind and comforting throughout my whole nervousness and Dr Rossman was amazing. Thorough and focused on the problem in front of her. Definitely recommending them to friends.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. I have had thousands of dollars worth of bridges done. 3 bridges to be exact.since 2018 all 3 have failed and i have had to have all replaced with implants. I have been fighting for nearly 2 years to get my money back.the dentist does not practice dentistry there anymore. I wonder why?

The staff at Darwin Family Dental Care is very easy to work with. They all answer questions making sure I understand. I would recommend them to anyone. My wife recently changed to Darwin and has bee pleased with them as well.
