I have used DASCOR services for many years. Re-doing my bathroom shower, installing hot water tank, installing all new plumbing for our newly design kitchen. All of the employees and owner work as a team. They are professionals, they respect their commitments, they insure cleanliness of their work environment. My experience with Dascor could not have been better. Specifically, Keith, he was awesome. Came to my home, diagnosed my issue fairly quickly, ok, within minutes of arriving. He stopped the active leak and gave me the diagnosis. The diagnosis was not the best but could have been much worse. Keith then figured out a cost effective way to re-pipe from the water main and gave me the estimate. My wife called another company to get a second opinion and they required us to cut through more of the outside wall, which they wouldn't do. We would need to call a concrete contractor to cut a 2ft by 2ft hole in the side of the house before they could even diagnose the issue. At this point, I called Dascor and requested that Keith come back out as soon as possible. Once back at the house, Keith had it re-piped and working perfectly in just a few hours.

DISPICABLE! Tried to sell me a $6,000 or $12,000 option on fixing my "broken pipe"? Took 4 hours along with a $1,250 bill to diagnose my problem. When I asked for a detailed explanation of what exactly they did for 4 hours and if I can see the video of my broken drain pipe, that's when I really smelled a RAT. They so quickly offered to go the next day for "FREE" to video my pipe? ? Wait, What? How did you diagnose my broken pipe without a video? I shut down them doing anything more at my rental home, oh and did I mention I am from out of town? The BEST part is after I threw them out, I had a pluming company with "INTEGRETY (Grand Rooter-Alex) " clean out my drain (7 baby wipes and a broken rooter) for only $325 buckso in only 45 minutes, Wait. What?
