Datz - St. Pete reviews
17Have eaten there twice and both times the service was terrible and the food was lackluster. Will not be returning.
Don't ever get the "It's Always Sunny in Tampa", literally the worst sandwich I've ever had. Funny they say it's brisket, may have been a frozen steak-umm, but worse. Totally disgusting and basically not edible. Wonder how long Datz st Pete will be around.
Date has a little bit of everything on their menu. I had the Salmon Hayek salad which is a spinach salad with salmon. It was incredibly good. The monkey bread there is worth getting too if you like a sticky, pull-apart cinnamon bread.
Ata was an amazing an amazing server and absolutely made my 30th birthday. Will be coming back again!
Visited today 8/19/23. Food was good, service was ok. Hostess was not very friendly at all.
We stopped here because we were going to the James Museum of Western Art. Great staff, food and drink. We look forward to returning to sample more of the menu. You have to love a place that tells you the best three ways to complain to get the manager to visit your table. We didn't need to.
This was an incredible experience! Chad took amazing care of us, he knew the menu inside and out and was able to give perfect recommendations. Chad was the absolute best servers that we've had in years. He was attentive but not invasive. Even got our service dog a bowl of water without us saying anything. Y'all need to give him a raise.
This was one of the worst dinners out of my life.
It's a Saturday night and we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food because the chefs decided to walk out.
We were a large party and the food we eventually received was worse then elementary cafeteria food.
I felt really bad for our server because him and the others stayed and took the brunt of it all. Most of the tables were waiting for over an hour. They comped our whole meal but I will never go back there.
MUCH better places in dtsp than thst place. Hopefully they get bought out just like the one in Tampa.
Busy and they can't handle it, waited at entry and took forever for anyone to acknowledge we wanted a table, we left.
This place is awful. 4 people went 2 ended up sick after eating 1 had Mac cheese meatloaf with no jalepeno cause I guess they forgot to put in other had chicken strips. I had ribs dry and cold other had some breakfast thing for 110 before tip. Service was super slow but area is pretty. Waste of money here
I thought it was a cool location, a great style with lots of great people watching from the outside patio. We had a fantastic breakfast! Shrimp and Grits were perfect and the donut chicken sandwich with some coffee. We can’t wait to go back for more breakfast!
It was our first time at this restaurant, and Jess did not disappoint! Her service and attitude were amazing. The food was delicious! We had the Steak Frites and Kentucky Colonel Bowl. The food had amazing flavor and the portions were huge! For dessert we had the Monkey Bread, which was also delicious. Definitely would come again. Thanks Jess!
Went a half hour before closing and ordered quickly. We were apologetic for coming a bit late but the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Food was great too, would come again:)
Excellent dining experience! Chad was an attentive and super helpful server! The food was SO good! Would definitely recommend!
Big menu. Food is always good. I've tried many different things and they are always big portions and taste great.
Waited for 30 minutes. Had to get menus and go in to talk to waiter multiple times. It was hot out. Dog was not given water. Waiter promised us water and was not given. Decided to eat elsewhere as the waiter didn’t even take our order.
We had Sunday Brunch at Datz for the first time, it was so good! We walked in with out a reservation; the wait was 45 minutes but they texted us in about 20 mins. Waitress was so nice and helpful, the food + drinks were 10/10.
