Dave & Buster's, Panama City FL

Our waitress was wonderful. No issues with any of the games and it wasn't too packed to say it was a Friday night.

Games were decent and what you would expect from a Dave & Buster's. Some of the staff were really rude though and clearly didn't want to be there.

My boys and I go often and unfortunately we have sooooo much fun we don't have to be for pics luckily I got one while we were eating, but on the next visit I'll definitely get more pics! They have atms, huge restrooms (very nice too) the staff is amazingly nice, they have a room for reserved parties, television's in the front every where lol and bar for the adults (not sure when is the drink specials) plenty of games for the entire family and the food is goooooood!

Food was good, bartender was not very nice, she refused to make a small change to a drink on the menu, (a very simple change) and she ignored the waiter who stood waiting at the end of the bar as she walked back and forth past him. Other than customer service it was ok.

It was a lot of fun but games are overpriced with most starting around $5 to play. The food was ok. Service was friendly but incredibly slow, by the time we got our food it was dried out from sitting under heat lamps and not hot at all. Personally I wouldn't recommend going here.

My children love this place and so do I my only complaint is that the pricing structure with the cards definitely makes it much more expensive for large families.

Fun place rude staff.the cashier at the front (Nicole) was rude and impatient. I felt like I was at a car dealership. She kept trying to sell us an expensive package. Then, got an attitude when we were trying to calculate the best deal for our family. I could tell this Dave and Buster was a tourist attraction not a friendly, family, fun location like ours back at home.

Very nice been three years in a row for New years eve.love it I'm seventy seven I feel like a kid again.only bad thing is I had to stand and wait for over 30mins for a table with no bench's or a line to get in I lost out in to seats cause it's hard to walk fast.please do something about this would appreciate it.thanks PCB.bound

Food is mediocre. Very expensive to play video games, especially considering the times. Most people already have a game system at home. It's nice to get out every now and again, but I don't really feel this place is worth it. Would much rather save my money for some new games and stay home. To each their own, but I wouldn't reccomend.

Went to Dave and Busters for a 13 year olds birthday party. Everyone that was with us had a great time from ages 8- 17 plus myself. I can't say it is in the budget to go here often for us but for a special occasion it is great. Everyone was very nice and helpful also.

The card swipes (how you insert money to play the video games) were barely working. Me, along with everyone else in the building, would have to swipe their card 10-20 times to be able to play a game. Every game. I got multiple cards. It's a disaster. I can't believe they'd allow this problem to exist for even 1 day. Their entire restaurant is based around the games - games that are bare playable because of their very crappy card readers.

Guys. Get it fixed. This is insane.

Overall we had a good time however, our play card was difficult to scan. We asked for help at times only to see the employees have the same difficulties. We missed a few opportunities to jump back into games.

It's okay. I thought it was a place for grown ups to go to. To escape places where people take their kids. Swarming with little children. I just wanted to get drunk and play games, but I couldn't be there for more than an hour because there were too many kids.

Lot's of fun, the food was great. However they refused to honor the coupons because it was Wednesday and they expired that night. That was just wrong. If a company agrees to a retail company they should honor their agreement.

Amazing food. The games were super fun. And the value is good for the games. $20 for about 3 hours of entertainment. Definitely a good family spot for vacation.

Was very busy the night we went. Wish they stuck to the adults only arcade label they had. Don't this small children / teens should be around drinking adults while they are playing video games. But drinks and service was good. Food was fresh. Some what enjoyed myself after about midnight.

A great way to spend a few hours with our son. Only drawback was the place smelled like spilled old liquor.a sickly sweet unappealing smell but friendly staff and fun games!

Waited at least 15 mins without being acknowledged got up and ask for assistance and still had to wait another 10 mins before receiving service. The only reason I stayed was because my daughter wanted to play the games. It was both our first time coming to a Dave and Buster's and will definitely be our last
