Dave & Buster's, Hollywood FL

I am officially done with Dave and Busters. I use to attend happy hour almost every Friday. They had an amazing bartender with great customer service and the best spinach dip. Since he left, the drinks are awful and customer service sucks. I have sat at an empty bar and waited 10 plus minutes before being helped. This evening, I again wait for 10 minutes at least and so disappointed the spinach dip has been discontinued. That was the last reason that kept me coming back.

The only good thing about this trip was the lovely gift shop girls. They have so much product mislabeled in there that when you get to the counter the workers have to dig through 3 books just to scan 1 gift that the kids can't get anyway because the price was 300 higher than marked. Manager on duty was dismissive and said "it's a new system starting tomorrow nothing I can do" very disappointed in this man closing 9/19/18.

Dave and Busters is the absolute best place for a family fun day. A few years ago, I went there for my birthday. It was the BEST place ever. Also, their prizes are so worth it. I used my points to get a book safe. Plus, points never expire so you could even use the points on your card from like 4 years ago. Did I mention that this place is better than some place called Chucky Cheese I think. In conclusion, this place great and perfect for an inside kidfreindly hangout.

Had a blast. And the food was awesome. Spent alot of cash, but that's part of enjoying your self with your family.

Great for kids of any age. All the newest games and always changing things up. Flashing lights and fun any kid will love. Restaurant service usually a little slow, but food always great. Plenty of parking. Love the autofill machines instead of waiting in line up front. Lots of TVs for the sports games. Nice bar up front, action bar on game floor, and party rooms are large.

Ready to wact a Boxing fight Canel vs GGG and despite that this place is packed the service from all servers and bartenders has not been an issue at all

My poor Brother returned his meal and never got it. Manager did stop by to handle the mistake. The server Christina was awesome!

They burnt me and my sons food and my husband's food was cold. Very dissatisfied they wouldnt even credit me for the burnt food Definately not going back for a while.

Drinks were awesome. Waiter Obi seems dry but has one of those keen snese of humors. We were a large party and he handled us well. There was also plenty bar space for a Friday at 8pm

The staff is amazing no matter how busy they are. It took awhile to get a drink at the bar and no1 was up there but once i got it, it was strong and they were really nice.

Beware, they'll charge at the door for a UFC fight, even though you're there to dine and play games. Food is overpriced for the portions you get. Luckily the waitress was kind and service was good. But I guess you pay for the *experience.

Great place for team night out. Wish I went there as a kid because the arcade was amazing. My husband got over 1500 tickets in one game of skeeball and we walked out with lots of cool prizes. Great experience
